This place use to be amazing. They are now under new ownership and the food selection shows it. We will not be coming back until changes are made. The service however was still great, they do what they can with what they have.

Was very disappointed with this place now that it's reopened, the food was gross, the quality wasnt great either. There was at least one cockroach in sight, Who knows what wasnt in sight. For just reopening I am very disappointed.

Usually like this place but every time I try to order delivery from their website I get a text message saying my order was cancelled. And every time it's well before they close too.

Went on a Saturday evening for dinner for 3 in the coldest part of the year. The restaurant was freezing- could not get comfortable- had to keep jackets on. I know it’s probably expensive to heat that huge restaurant.
The waitress was great.
FOOD WAS AWFUL- out of a lot of things (maybe because the freeze has slowed down everyone’s restocks) - a lot of old food that looked & tasted like it had just been sitting there for hour's, was very bland, desserts that used to be plentiful were seriously lacking.
For the price it was a serious bummer. Very obvious that’s the management changed.

The best part of the experience was the big beautiful ZZ plants in the front. That’s it.

I use to enjoy coming to this restaurant. Today was an unusually cold day. The restaurant was cold and so was the food. It would not have been bad if the food was warm. Hopefully this is a temporary problem that they will be able to fix. We didn’t eat much at all but it still cost $20 each.

Update from a previous post that was okay. The food, service and atmosphere was really good today. Here with my sister and enjoyed a delicious buffet.

My family and I have eaten here numerous times over the years with nothing bad. This trip, the worst ever. Nearly everything was cold, you could taste the frozen in the vegetables. Even the soup broths were tepid at best. The worst part is we had it daughter and grandchildren with us. She loves hibachi, and so she ordered it. Meat was either severely over done or the toughest cut of meat one could buy. I will be hard pressed to return another time.

We used to love coming here but had lunch there today and the food looked like it had been sitting for a long time. There was what looked like “film” over the food, certain foods were cold and the fried rice had clumps of uncooked rice. I got chocolate pudding and bit into a metal piece. For $60 for 3 people it was absolutely not worth it. Will never go back.

Pretty disappointed. We used to always order the “best deal” from Chinatown. We paid 65 dollars for delivery for three people, i noticed right away the fried rice container was like half the size it used to be. Then my husband tucked into his “best deal” which used to come with a egg roll, chicken wing and soup. Well apparently the price went up and the food went down. No chicken wing, no egg roll… only disappointment. Will not be ordering from Chinatown anymore.

Food is good. Not a lot of variety, but it was ok in terms of taste of most of the items.

New ownership and the food quality is TRASH now. I normally drive 30 mins for this place and I was so disappointed yesterday. The food looked Bland, the noodles were cut up into tiny pieces so I knew something was off. At checkout I asked if they were under new ownership and the man confirmed my thoughts. I won’t be back and now have to find a replacement!
