I used to eat Chipotle regularly, but the quality has really gone down hill.

This location though made the best burrito I have had from a Chipotle in easily a decade.

When I eat Chipotle going forward I will order from this location.

I have been eating at this Chipotle since 2022 and I had never had an issue till Memphis started working there. Terrible service, verbally condescending and other times down right rude for no reason. On the 25th of November he and this girl with way too much eyeliner were literally laughing and talking about me and my friends for NO REASON. He was not subtle about it and it hurt my feelings especially considering I was going there for my bday dinner. Never in my life had I ever seen service staff act like that and it will stop us from ever returning to that particular store. Better off going to Cava….

I usually like Chipotle, but this time, it was disappointing because of cross contamination. I ordered 2 bowls, 1 for my friend who does not eat meat at all, and 1 for me where I asked for only chicken. Both bowls still had 1 or 2 pieces of beef mixed in.

What worries me more is that a friend had the same issue here before and told me about it, and now it happened to us too, so it feels like a pattern. This is not a small mistake for people with dietary, religious, or personal food limits. I hope the team is more careful with ingredient separation and utensils. I want to keep coming back, but only if I can trust my order is handled correctly.

time and time again this chipotle has disappointed me but i let it slide. first, the portion they give: the rice, in total, fills only about half the bowl. there are literal spots on the bowl where rice doesn’t cover at all. nothing like chipotle should be. by the end of the bowl, the food doesn’t even go over the edge of the bowl, what’s the point in having a lid that curves up if it’s just empty space? secondly, and most disappointing, is their quality. once when i went the steak was hard and dry, and when i went a few days ago, the chicken was completely burnt. completely black on one side and inedible. not to mention they were missing lettuce a while ago too. truly disappointing.

Got two kids meals with white rice and first they were super stingy with the portions. Second the rice was severely undercooked. It literally crunched in my mouth. Then I went to ask for at least a new thing for each of the kids meal and they gave me a small cup of the other rice which was not enough to fill both of those kids meals. I am very disappointed in the attitude and the food given to me.

Food was good. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was college kid vibes but not in a bad way. I ordered a burrito (something I never do 🙄.) It was ok, I asked for fresh veggies and the server kindly obliged letting me know that it would take about 5 minutes to prepare. I didn't mind the wait. I really appreciated that too. All in all, I would go back. I will stick to my burrito bowl though.

I picked up a Togo order, the staff was amazing and helped me so much. I will say as a disabled person I didn’t expect a college student to let a door slam in my face on the way in but that’s not on Chipotle. They did their job.

The staff are very unprofessional. They regularly breakdown service hours before close while operating slowly and sloppily. The store has struggled over the last 3-5 years to have all of the food offering in stock on any given day. For a stretch of months there were 3+ food items (drinks, ice, rice, shells, etc.) unavailable every time I visited. When things are available food prep is very inconsistent and line staff struggle to keep up or wrap a burrito. All of the denton Chipolte stores struggle but this store seems to be the epicenter of employee privilege and delusion. This is something the regional manager refuses to address or has a lack of skill to tackle. Patrons beware.

I ordered a vegetarian bowl but received chicken as the protein. When I brought it up, I was told it was vegetarian — which is simply not true.

As a vegetarian, it was upsetting to be given meat, and even more disappointing to have my concern dismissed. Dietary choices and restrictions should be respected, not argued against.

I’ve enjoyed the food in the past, but this experience has made me question whether I can trust the accuracy of future orders. I hope the staff receives better training on handling food preferences and customer feedback.
