I ask nicely if I can have more rice after the worker put barely a half scoop into my bowl and he proceeds to say loudly “MORE RICE??” Who on Earth says that in front of a customer? I ask for a simple request and you try to shame me for it? Will NOT be coming back to this location.

Ordered a bowl for pickup and they gave me rice and sour cream ONLY. I didn’t even ask for sour cream in my bowl? I also ordered guac meat and several other things in it? Are you high????

Ian was extremely rude for no reason. He was already having an inappropriate conversation with another employee. He got upset when I asked for help with my order. He rolled his eyes and threw my food on the counter. Ian is unprofessional. I will be calling corporate first this Thursday morning.

Chipotle closes at 3 o clock today and I came in at 2. They had already shut down the grill for the day. Mind you this has happened 2 other times. The last working said I can either split the meat or wait 20 minutes for the grill to heat bc she doesn’t have a full serving ready. They try and up-charge me for the meat. I asked for the steak to be taken off she did so with her fingers. It’s not my fault you didn’t want to do your job for another hour. Touching my food with your fingers is a health violation and I will treat it as such. Don’t go back there!

Order a barbacoa burrito online and was very disappointed with quantity of meat! Barely a small scoop and less beans and rice. It used to be worth it about a year ago for the high price but now it feels that their managers are telling them to serve less food to increase profits production for less expenses. Definitely not going back anymore.

Hi, I wanted to provide feedback on my experience today. On 9/27 at 4:45 PM, the first person I spoke with when ordering food (a white or Mexican man with reddish hair and glasses) was quite rude and dismissive. He spoke quickly, seemed annoyed, and made the interaction uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect a bit more respect and courtesy when visiting your establishment.
I ordered my food online so I had enough time to get to class. When I picked it up my tortilla was dry and I mean like it was snaping apart I couldn't fold it for a burrito which made me annoyed. The portion size was regular when I ordered double of almost everything. I'd say don't order off the app cuz they never actually do double.

The worst chipotle I’ve been to. They don’t give a damn they literally didn’t put any of my toppings and they gave me not even a spoon full of nothing besides the rice which they double . Terribly 0/10

i’ve been to this chipotle probably close to a couple hundred times and i’ve never once had a bad experience. i walked into chipotle and normally im greeted and i was just me and another girl a but nobody was getting their order taken, so I thought it was weird Nobody greeted me. today at 12:51 Mia rung me out and had a terrible attitude. she acted as if i was a bother to her. maybe she’s having a bad day or something but there was an issue because i wanted to use 2 free rewards and i asked if she could do one separate and she made a huge sigh and went to the back. then came back up and didn’t even say okay your total is ___ she just said do your card?? kinda crazy service not gonna lie and now I will definitely think twice before I return to any chipotle she definitely ruined my experience
