I understand being busy I do. I understand running out of ingredients. That’s ok. I’m not rating it one star because of that. I rate it one star because I stood for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to check me out so I could leave. I watched one employee do nothing but walk back and forth pretending to be busy. Another just crouched at the counter sitting acting like they were busy. I was patient. However after politely waiting to try to checkout so I could leave they continued to ignore me. I smiled and met the two lazy employees eyes trying to get them to stop pretending and help me. By the 12-15 min mark I was done waiting. My food was getting cold while a couple of the employees messed around. I did the math, put cash on the counter, grabbed my burrito and went to leave. Then the lady who was running around like crazy came over. I said “I already did the math. There’s even a little extra. Just keep it.” No one came to help me until I acted like I was just going to take my burrito and leave and it wasn't even the two lazy employees. It was the one obviously doing all their jobs. Yes. My burrito was cool when I finally got out of there. If it had been a less honest person in that position they may not have even paid. I couldn’t even get help to get a water.

9pm Friday. Out of virtually everything. Rice, peppers, guac, lettuce, you name it. I got a scoop of pork to compensate for tiny portions since they had nothing I listed. Got charged extra for the meat add. $15+tax for a bowl. Btw their drive thru table had some backups and they didn’t offer guac or peppers from that table. I haven’t been here in years and I remember why.
Update: okay, it tasted really good so 3 stars.

I don't usually leave comments, much less negative ones, but yesterday I ate with my family at this restaurant and today my wife and two children woke up with an upset stomach. I vomited and it was the food, it's not the first time we visited but the food at a certain point tasted like disinfectant to me, a strong taste. I don't know if it was because it touched the mezon or what happened but none of us could say the food. but I never visit this place

Worst chipotle experience, i typically go to the chipotle off 288 in Denton 3 times a week. Since changing jobs I have started going to this location. The amount given was underwhelming rice and chicken where both empty so they scrapped the bottom of the pan to give be hard dry rice and extremely dried out chicken. Also not the normal serving size on top of bad quality. Will probably not be giving chipotle my business again considering this is the location closes to me.

I went in to order food tonight and the service so was horrible. The blonde, young adult, lady was getting visibly angry at everyone else working and taking it out on the customers. I completely understand it is normal to have bad days and work can get frustrating, but don’t take it out on the people coming to get good service and food. Very unprofessional and totally ruined my experience.

All of my food was cold, they were out of half of the toppings, and they barely gave me anything in my bowl but I noticed a worker filling their bowl up to the brim.
This is by far the best chipotle we’ve been too. I specifically asked for all the staffs name that was working when I was there! Shout out to CADE, AMY, BRENDA, ZECH CAMERON AND AELANI. Y’all made our day! Best customer service ever

Kitchen is filthy! Total mess and no organization. You can tell that noone cares about this place. All of the food looks poorly cooked/kept. Employees are all just "there".
