I’m so sick and tired of my order being wrong here. Tonight I paid for guacamole on my to go order and didn’t get it. Please pay attention to the details… especially when someone paid extra. I should not have to open everything up before I leave!!! And I shouldn’t have to go back after I get home!

Git a burrito, and they finished the steak bucket when there was about half the steak there should have been. I asked if I would get more in a second, and they told me I would need a double portion. Then when I didn't get one and they got to the cheese, they put like 3x too much! I am very unsatisfied. I should have left the store when they put that little meat on my food and the cheese was just insulting.
I didn't care for the honey chicken.

Customer service is important for any business. This branch lacks that. My experience was terrible. There was nobody next to me but she ( tall and heavy lady, did not ask the name) is rushing and don’t want to clarify my question or help me if I am unable to understand. I have a great communication skills, my job depends on it. If she does not want to work , she should have taken leave or take off if she’s not well. She cannot show that on the customer, especially where there is nobody next to me. It is poor customer service.

I came here after a medical test that made me feel terrible as a “reward” for getting through it. The really tall brunette lady with glasses asked me what toppings I wanted and I asked for some medium salsa on the side. She then got an attitude and said “can you tell me what you want ON the burrito first?” Then threw everything in a bag including my drink cup , shoved it towards me and coldly said “have a great day” ( this was a dine in order by the way) With an attitude like that, she needs to be washing dishes, scrubbing toilets or doing literally anything but a customer facing role.
