I just finish to eat the food I order the same every time I buy chipotle 1 hour later my stomach hurts and have diarrhea for that I investigated about it and is because they don’t clean the meats and they don’t cook it very well

I came in to chipotle today for the first time ever. Let me just say that the experience was excellent and the fresh brisket was phenomenal! Truly some of the best brisket I’ve had for the price. The chocolate stud working the grill did an amazing job!!!

Location was very dirty . I came an hour before close so I do understand how before closing can be but the motto should be “clean as you go” presentation is everything. The lady taking my order spoke so fast I thought she was a battle rapper . Girl slow down , say hi then take the order.

The people making your burrito here are something else. They put quantity over quality. If you ask questions, they get annoyed. They are rude,rude,rude!!! How can you want to eat food that was made by a hand that is full of foul energy and rude and the burrito was 19.00. Always costed 13.08 at any other restaurant. ? Not me. Not coming back.

Granted I did go in at 10:15. However they were out of vegitables, corn salsa, lettuce, chips, and they were out of Pico. The staff was very unapologetic. The young lady who built my order was very solemn and rushed, so she rushed me. The young lady who received my money was there solemn as well. Their customer service was just not there tonight.
