Not a fan of this location. The employees come across rude, and the one time I spoke with the store manager, that conversation didn’t leave a great impression either. They also really skimp on portions. I go to a lot of Chipotles, including two others near this one, and this location has consistently been the dud.

The steak was cold. The employees were yelling and banging on the counters. It looked like they were playing not fighting but it was like eating lunch at a fraternity house.

Where do I even begin? I arrived to the location around 4pm today, walking in right away the atmosphere felt tense. The lobby was practically empty besides one person and the small line in front of me waiting to order. The tables had not been wiped, sauces had not been put back, and the trash was very full. I assume they were short staffed, I only saw one person tending the line, one person doing cash and one on the grill. I unfortunately overheard a disagreement between I’m assuming a shift lead with maybe another shift lead or worker, who apparently was late, that to me was handled unprofessionally, I as a customer should never witness something like that. I saw 3 other workers (including the “late” one) come in while I was waiting in line so thankfully the poor girl working the line by herself finally got some help. They were practically out of almost everything, proteins, queso, fajita veggies etc, the second girl that came in and started working line two had to ask the girl on grill roughly 3 different times for queso since they were entirely out. The grill person seemed to have an attitude when the line girls kept asking for things to be dropped since again they were low or out of a lot of things. This location always has some kind of issue among the team or staff rather since they definitely don’t work together as a team. I love chipotle but will absolutely drive farther if it means I get a better experience. They only get two stars for the sake of the line girls and the fact that the food is tasty. This store needs some serious work.

The absolute worst. They’re either sheisty with the portions and/or out of major ingredients EVERY time. Tonight at dinner rush they’re out of white rice and say it won’t be ready for 30 minutes. It’s really not hard to manage supply and demand. Literally rice is the base for all of your products and you run out. Waste of a 20 minute drive, and they do not care they just stare at you with a blank expression. Do better!!

It’s not clean and the place is musty. I saw a big bug near the ceiling below the menu area and I walked right back out and across the street to somewhere else. I know restaurants can’t control it sometimes but I saw a reviewer say there was one alive in their food so I believe there is some health concern here.

Pretty disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. The portions were smaller than usual, the food was barely warm, and everything tasted bland. On top of that, the customer service was rude and felt completely uninterested. Chipotle really needs to pay attention to the quality and attitude at this location because this experience was not worth the price at all.

the picture speaks for itself. i don’t know what new hire they had working up there tonight, but this is the smallest burrito i’ve received. unacceptable i paid $15 for something barely bigger than the palm of my hand.

That was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. The second girl on the line got almost upset at me because I didn’t answer her question of fajita veggies or queso. A bunch of robots. Poor attitude and I had to ask twice for my drink cup. Guy working the register had to be a dei hire. They gave me way too much change because they didn’t put 1’s in the register. I just got home and there’s like 8 chips in my bag for chips and guacamole. I’ve never regretted getting food before but this is a first. The burrito is fine, way too much lettuce and it came undone.
