First time visiting - we got 2 big plates and WOW. So tasty. It’s simple and so GOOD. It’s like game day food - you want food that matches the good time. We are stuffed! Folks were so nice, even helped take it to my husband’s car! Will absolutely come again.

The food is so addictive that after traveling out of state, this was the first place I went when I got back into town.
After trying the tacos here, I refuse to eat brisket from anywhere else. The older reviews must have been from when this place was just opening because not only has the owner given us extra food on multiple occasions, (just to show he appreciates his loyal customers!) he has even served us past closing-time once, just because we called to see if they would still serve us. It may sometimes take a bit longer for you to get your order but when considering that this is sort of a mom-and-pop type place, it's perfectly reasonable to wait an extra ten minutes when the food is that good.

Best damn tacis I ever ate! Great service! Very polite and prompt!
Let me start off by saying there was a bit of a wait...buuuuut it was worth EVERY minute!!! I was a little confused when the lady handed me a whole aluminum tray but ohhh when I peeled that foil back I knew it was on! I got the Big Back Snack (one rib, loaded brisket potato, brisket sandwich and a brisket taco) for 17bucks 👀. Brisket taco was fire 🔥! Potato was cheesy and good as well. The whole platter was 10 out of 10. Definitely will return. Go get y'all some.

Rarely open or at least inconsistently open
The food is awesome, the one time I succeeded in buying some, but I've now come many times over the last several months to find a closed up trailer. I've tried messaging first, but never get a response, the website isn't finished, and there is no phone number.
Today I checked the Facebook and saw they posted yesterday where they were and that they'd be back at Eskimo Hut for normal hours today. I tried commenting what hours, but no response. Finally I stalked the page and found a recent post (April 1st) stating new hours Tues - Sun 10:30am-8pm and mentioned lunch specials till 3pm only to arrive about 1:30ish to a closed truck that smells awesome and no sign explaining anything. I guess this girl has to give up on buying tasty food because I'm tired of wasting gas driving over here only to leave emptyhanded and hangry since I've been sitting here over 20 minutes, asked the employee at Eskimo Hut if he knew anything and we're all stumped so I'll just have to forget about this place sadly.

Wow — this place is incredible! We showed up late, and the owner told us he had already sold out of everything. But instead of turning us away, he generously offered to give us what he had left for free. I had never eaten here before, but let me tell you, it was AMAZING! The flavors were incredible — the perfect mix of cheesy, smoky, and savory goodness. The loaded spud we got was packed with tender meat, flavorful sausage, and all the toppings you could want. You can tell they put a lot of love into their food. This kind of customer service and generosity is rare these days. I’m already counting down the days until I can come back and try more from their full menu. If you haven’t tried Chub Spuds yet, you’re seriously missing out!

Their food never disappoints! Steven and his partner are always so friendly and welcoming. Wait times can be long, but it's well worth it. I haven't had anything from them that I haven't liked.
