If i could give 100 stars I would, they have got it going on here, i ordered multiple items, a loaded potato, the nachos, chicken Mac and a rib. They are top tier on quality of the food they are serving the portions are amazing the flavor profiles are off the charts and the owners are just the friendliest people you could ask for, I have never left a review before but I definitely made sure to leave one today 💯

It's been said that the only place for real BBQ in Denton is chubz spudz. You get more than you pay for. This place ruins all dickeys and bbq joints. The owner needs financial gain to get that brick and mortar restaurant we all need. It's a little longer wait but you're not getting a foodie truckie hand out carton. You take your aluminum plater with a potatoe that defies normal size with you and it weighs a lot. He gets his potatoes from the Jurassic park island so that's why their so dang big. You will always have leftovers and I weight 300 lbs.

I walked up literally minutes before closing — the kind of moment where most places flip the lights off and pretend they don’t see you. But not here. Nope. This beautiful young lady at the counter treated me like I’d shown up right at lunchtime. Smiled, took my order, zero attitude… honestly, it damn near restored my faith in humanity.
Now, the food took a bit… but listen, when you’re building a potato the size of a newborn with half the kitchen stuffed inside it, that ain’t a two-minute job. When she brought it to the window, she even held it up proudly like Simba in The Lion King, letting me admire the glory before handing it over. I wasn’t ready. My heart wasn’t ready. My stomach absolutely was.
And let me tell you — that spud? Delicious. Ridiculous. Emotional. I took one bite and instantly questioned every potato I’ve ever eaten in my life. The serving size was so big I swear I heard it whisper, “We’re in this together.”
Friendly service, massive portions, food so good it’ll make you rethink your choices — Chubz Spudz is a 5-star operation all day long. Go here. Treat yourself. Let them bless you the way they blessed me.

First time at CHUBS SPUDS and it was so delicious! 😋 my cousin and I ordered the Fat Man Special, a BBQ brisket sandwich, 2 sides, and 2 ribs. It was definitely filling, tasty and the wait time was great for a one-man crew. I'll be coming back to try something new!

Amazing barbecue hidden gem! My fiance and I were in the area and decided to try this spot out. SOOOO glad we did! The customer service was great, the wait wasn’t excessively long, and the food…. Delicious! Definitely worth the 15 minute wait and every penny of the $18! We will be back for sure, all the way from Celina!

The food here is amazing. We got the Chub Spudz combo, a loaded potato, ribs and this phenomenal! Mac and cheez. Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself to this place. Best loaded potato and Mac and Cheez I've had since living up North.

When I arrived it appeared that the food truck was open. On the website it says New hours open 12pm-9pm. I arrived at 8pm. No one was here. I asked the workers in Eskimo Hut if it was open. They stated that they seen the owner earlier. That sometimes he has to go to Kroger to get more food. I proceeded to wait 10mins. Still no one showed up. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. No sign or any form of communication. Came to support a black own Buisness. Will think twice before wasting my gas and coming to support again.
