Friendly employees, clean environment!
Some lady who was managing the birthday area today 06/20/25 suddenly came yelling at my son about hitting other kids during play. When I told her that isn’t true, and that the mother of that kid that bumped into my child, already came to apologize, she changed her attitude. Maybe next time, hear out both sides before yelling at a little kid. Those kids barely had space to play, because about 7 adults were hogging the space around their little one year old! Little bit of advice, break up large groups of adults hogging the space around their kid, so nobody gets hurt and also… talk to the parents, don’t scream at kids that are not yours! Bad management!

Great for young children's birthdays if you have an exact count of attending guests.

The food is delicious, the kids always have so much fun and can spend hours here. The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. I know people get upset about the extra charge about the trampoline zone but honestly chuckecheese is constantly sending out coupons for free or half off admission to the trampoline zone so it’s not that bad in my opinion plus the kids LOVE it. And having the monthly membership makes this such an affordable fun place to go to so I always recommend getting a membership to all the parents I know.

I have now had at least two birthday parties for my kiddo at Chuck E Cheese Denton and I really loved the experience. The whole place is clean and the staff members are great with kids. They have a new feature ( indoor trampoline and a maze with slide) which was a big hit. Only downside is that it was not included with my party purchase. It was a bit embarrassing to have my guests pay for stuff they were not ready to cover. Now that I know, am still going to continue coming because we always have a great time.

Went here for a friend’s child’s birthday. It was so much fun! The staff are so children friendly! They all seem like they enjoy their jobs. Pizza was good! We had 2 hour unlimited play cards. It was not too busy and most of the kids went back to the party tables to eat, so cake, and open presents so I was able to play all the games I wanted. Ski ball and plinko were the best! Great experience! Only downside was they had one employee doing the prizes and a line of people. Kids take forever to pick prizes, then they’d have to go to the back to get the prizes. Took a long time. Could have been done a lot more productively.

SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN BEWARE!!!
We’re a family of four, including our wonderful 6 year old who’s unfortunate to have AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER, as well as other associated conditions (social anxiety disorder and sensory processing disorder). She was treated horrifically by the staff, particularly a gentleman who was managing the trampoline and jungle gym area. He was constantly berating us about her not following instructions, despite us telling him that’s not direct-able due to her condition. As a side note, she wasn’t being loud/disruptive or bothering/hindering any of the other patrons. He was adamant about us taking away her AAC (alternate communication device), as it apparently posed a danger to others. When we tried to explain her situation to him, he began threatening us, stating our daughter has “2 minutes” to comply “or else.” He continued this behavior, saying, “well, why doesn’t she understand, she should understand, like all the other children.” Again, this after several attempts at trying to explain to him about her disabilities. His reply was always, “I don’t see any disability.” When told that he was discriminating against her, he became very defensive, denying it while continuing his prejudicial behavior. When we approached the manager for assistance, we were told that this is the policy and to get a refund.
Due to my daughter’s social anxiety, there’re few places/buildings we can get her into without her having a huge anxiety attack. Chuck E Cheese is one of those places. She enjoys it so much there, interacting with the mascot when they come out to play, as well as, dancing on the interactive dance floor. She’s never bothered or hindered anyone, nor has she ever been disruptive.
Due to this experience, we left earlier than we planned, leading to her crying for hours, as she had been looking forward to going for days.
I implore management to have the staff undergo some rigorous training, as Chuck E. Cheese is supposedly a champion for autistic and special needs children, though that was certainly not what we experienced.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! This location was horrible for starters the pizza was dry and had no cheese on it or sauce. I addressed the issue with the manager, and she told me that they measured out the cheese to put on the pizza which is impossible because there was no cheese on my pizza. She then proceeded to tell me next time they will charge five dollars extra for extra cheese. Pictures below of “extra cheese”. This is what extra cheese looks like which is the normal amount that should be on pizza. The salad bar is dry and horrible and the toppings were old. I’m very disappointed because I spent over $100. You might as well take your family to the park for a picnic then come here for dry nasty food.

My low rating is just for a simple sentence as “She needs to get out now” my 3 year old Happen to go where the obstacle course was and started playing before paying . Front desk offer me at the beginning and I kindly declined , but my daughter decided to change her mind and went ahead started playing / jumping while I was finishing a game with my son. I told the employee that the charge it’s not an issue . My kid has the monthly , I think at this point I can just cancelled it .

Our experience for Chuck E Cheese in Denton TX was 6 stars. The location was clean, the salad bar was FRESH, the pizza was delicious. We came for my son’s birthday and it was a hit! We all left happy. Dana was such a blessing to our family! I’m so glad we chose Chuck E Cheese to celebrate!

So the person working there threw away my wings I bought them lied about it and when I asked for the manager he never brought me the manager and then lied and said he was the manager.ive been going here for years I've never been treated like this before
Way too expensive these days. 15 extra for the “play place?” Yowza
First of all the pizza is like frozen cardboard pizza. Second, if you buy a game pass the trampoline should be included. Kids were in the trampoline house and I know they didn’t have passes but my grandkids were told to get out but didn’t make the others. It’s wayyyy overrated and overpriced. Chuckecheese is outdated and old compared to other arcade ands trampoline places.

Its worth it to just pay for the time frame and give each kid there own band and let them go crazy. Pizza was ok, and the kids actually ate it. We got the souvenir cups for return visits and save the cards to just reload each time. We've never done the trampoline park/slides area yet.
