The person on the phone was very rude, I tried to ask if I could play a reservation for party here and she hung up on me even though I could hear her breathing, will not be coming back if that's how they treat customers here.

Food was your typical cicis but service was great and they are one of the only cicis ive been to that still has people bussing tables. Glad to see they are keeping people working instead of cutting costs like other cicis ive been to.

Girl at the register with the bandaid on her cheek did not give a damn about anything, seemed inattentive and did not greet anyone. She was just about ready to leave LMAO didn’t even talk to us. Workers seemed rude and introverted, food was okay but toppings seemed like they were all cluttered in one spot of the pizza.

It's like any other buffet mid grade food. But they handled a 200 person marching Band with grace and preparedness. The kids never waited once for food the tables were ready and they were giving consultations to customers they couldn't serve because they were full. Excellent job by the staff wonderful management. I saw the store manager grab a broom and sweep because his staff was busy. 100% would go back. THANK YOU for the excellent service!

For 6 adults and 6 drinks spend also $90 and the only pizza that was fresh was the one we requested to make even the dessert was cold all the pizza on the counter was old and cold very rare I saw fresh pizza coming out the salad was mixed with fresh and old lettuce

I came to eat here on Sunday night. The employees were so busy doing closing tasks an hour and a half before they were supposed to close that we were served pizza with raw dough. There were no forks, no pumpkin cinnamon rolls, and we weren’t allowed to sit where we wanted to. The cashier told me they “closed in less than an hour” and it was only a little past 8:30pm. I get wanting to get out as fast as you can after you close, but this was absolutely ridiculous.
