“Avoca has some of the best iced coffee in Denton. My go to is the iced vanilla latte with oat milk or the TX Bourbon butterscotch iced latte with oat milk. They usually have a decent pastry selection as well. The atmosphere is great for meeting a friend or just relaxing by yourself with a morning coffee. There is an outside patio also. The barista’s are really nice and know their coffee. Highly recommend!“

“I've always been impressed with this location and appreciate the fact that I have never waited more than probably 5 minutes in line. This location always keeps great food in deli area, fresh seafood, meats, produce and dairy on hand. This location is also never over crowded thank goodness.“
