It's enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Not my top choice

How can you be so mad to work at a place that smells like frosting and sugar and chocolate? I went to pick up an order tonight and not one employee even gave a curt "hi". One literally stared at me for 3 minutes straight, silent, with a level 5 RBF. The other employee didn't ask for the name of the order, just plunked the boxes on the counter assuming it was the correct order. Then said bye absolutely venomously. They clearly didn't want me in there, for absolutely no reason. With service like that, think I'll stick with Keeblers, those elves on the package are more welcoming.

Good cookies, not the best I’ve had but still good. Worth a try for sure

I love crumble and normally go to other locations. Tried this place out now 2x and both times were not good. This last time my box of minis were hard. I always try to give 2nd chances before leaving any review but unfortunately I won’t be back at this location again due to quality.( So hard they crumble into hard pieces When you break them. )

I love Crumbl! The cookies are always so delicious and fresh.

I did come around at night, so maybe that’s why my cookies look like this? The cinnamon cookie was like short and fat compared to the picture lol.

But they’re no where near what they were supposed to be like, I didn’t double check my cookies cause usually they come out great, but what is this? Lmao

I guess this goes to show, you need to check your cookies before you leave.

My daughter loves these cookies, but for my taste, they are overly sweet. On this occasion she ordered peanut butter,peppermint cupcake and cinnamon roll flavors and they were delicious.

Parking: Many parking spots next to super central.

The cookies are 5⭐. The reception and everything else was 4⭐. Just very plain in the restaurant. Not cheerful service or anything.

I can go to crumbl cookie comfortably and the people around me will order and go it’s so calm and peaceful and the ordering station is super fun it’s also cool to see the staff cooking in the back

We love Crumbl but unfortunately this is our 2nd bad experience with this location and specifically the manager Kayla, today. I had cookies delivered to my almost 80-year-old father-in-law for his birthday. The cookies were placed near the grass and ants crawled into the box. When he called to ask for a replacement, Kayla told him that their job was completed and she wouldnt do anything to help or make it right. She hung up on him actually. *mind you they knew it was his birthday, and this was a gift* I called the store myself and spoke to her. She is VERY aggressive in her tone, constantly speaks over you, and doesn't have any appreciation for the customer or their satisfaction. I've seen several other bad reviews about the employee's attitudes from this store and if the owner of the store reads this review, I hope they remember there are several cookie delivery companies out there now and I will now longer visit or buy from this location. It sounds like a conversation with your employees is warranted about their attitudes at work.

They didn't take cash here, and their card machine didn't work.

Girls that were working tonight acted like they wanted to leave.. so wasted our gas to drive up there during open hours. 🥺 It was our first time here so we wanted to see what the hype was about.... not the best first impression, unfortunately.

Also online has the 3 big cookies for sale as a package, but the girls said they didn't offer them? So menu online does not match the one in person, SMH

Went in to buy a cookie. They advertise minis. I wanted to purchase a giant cookie, cookie dough bites and a mini cookie. Never did she say that I had to purchase 3 minis which ends up being the equivalent to a giant one, until it was time for checkout. That’s when she stated that I had to purchase 3. I didn’t want 3 or I would’ve just bought the big one. I wanted a small one. Definitely false advertisement. I ended up just purchasing one cookie for my son because I knew he wanted one, and I wasn’t going to break his heart. However, She originally told me the cookies were $4.42 a piece and it ended up being $6 a piece. He ended up not liking it very much anyways and we will never be back. Don’t even waste your time and money.
