This Crumbl always forgets something. I got the strawberry skillet Cookie and it was missing the strawberries. The last time I got the tres leches and it didn’t have any milk. So I’ll definitely go to other locations. Overall the cookie was ok it wasn’t warm like advertised. On the bright side this crumbl was very clean, and the employees were nice they made sure to speak and acknowledge me on arrival!
I'm giving this a 3 star review based only on customer service. the food is always delicious and made correctly and tastes great. but the employee's need to take a course on public relations. greeting your customers at all is very important and should be done politely, promptly, and professionally. ignoring customers or having the attitude of wishing you weren't at work is not a good look for business.
Crumbl cookies are delicious! I have no issues with the quality of the actual food! The customer service on the other hand needs some real help.. EVERYTIME I walk in, staff will look at me and then act like a customer didn't just walk in. This evening in particular (07/03/25 at 1840) I walked in, staff looked at me, waited a minute to even say welcome to crumbl. Then about a minute later my cookies were ready for pick up.
