Took my 4 year and and parents (who are in from out of town) to grab a bite. Ordered 2 burger combos and a mini ice cream, not a hard order, but still had to wait over 15 minutes to get it even though people came a went. when we pulled up to the window to pay and get food, I was handed the 2 drinks (diet coke and a tea) the person at the window said, "here" and when I asked which drink is this, I got a smart a** remark and an eye roll.
