Food was barely warm, service moved slow, and the atmosphere felt off. Not the best experience this time around.

Zero stars. Don’t come here. This is now the 3rd time that I have come and they have closed before their actual closing times listed. Literally just wanted some Mac and cheese on my way home. Oh and your employee wouldn’t even answer me when I asked 2x what time they closed, then he just left the drive thru mic and ignored me. Great customer service.

I tried to redeem a free 1 meat plate reward but the two guys working there (both for descriptive purposes appeared.to be indian) said that because I had a drink with my order, I had to pay full price. They wouldn't fix it. Or at the very least they wouldn't ring the drink up separately. Furthermore the Diet Coke tasted like Flat Coke Zero.
I was already upset over their service from before and decided to just leave since there seemed to be a bit of language barrier with them also.
I used to go this Dickey's when I went to UNT and the service and food was far superior to what it was now.

Ordered a brisket sandwich , bowl of chili and a slice of pecan pie, brisket sandwich was like warm at best, chile was even colder and they didn’t ask or bother to put the cheese and onions that is supposed to be on it . As for the pie , hard to mess up but they found a way to sell pecan pie that had more crust than filling. First time I’ve eaten at a dickeys in a while and may be the last. My overall experience was I spent 22$ for a sandwich and side that was about equal to a 7-11 or truck stop deli sandwich. Which I could have got for half the price.
