I received horrible customer service! I ordered a buffalo chicken Macstack at the drive-thru. The lady repeated macstack. I said yes. When I got home, it was a brisket macstack instead of a buffalo chicken macstack. I called them about the discrepancy. The lady that answered the phone stated you said macstack. I said yes, a buffalo chicken macstack. I explained the order was for my son and he does not eat beef only chicken. She put the manager on the phone who began to argue with me. He stated if he goes outside and see buffalo chicken macstack he will have me come back to pick up the correct order. I said yes sir, thank you. He went outside looked at the menu and saw that it said buffalo chicken macstack and he still did not grant me my correct order. And proceeded to hang up in my face. Now I have to figure out what to feed my son who only eats chicken and I wasted $11.00 plus tax and gas. I will never go back. They have lost a customer.

I got the smoked turkey and a side of Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was good cold as I got it to eat at work. The turkey was good as well but could've been thicker because it was flimsy. Easy to order on Doordarsh and not a complicated menu. Overall, a good restaurant

Disappointed 2 days in a row. Drive through both times. Got kids meal with fries. Fries were great, fresh and hot...what little bit of meat they put in was hard, dry and cold. Sauce was spicy and tasted bottled. Meal not worth$. I remembered them having good turkey years ago so went again today. Tried a turkey plate. Fries and okra were plentiful, hot and tasty. Turkey was uggh. It was cold and the only way to describe the taste was it tasted like canned spam....not worth $. Come on you are a BBQ place. ...Meat should be best thing there. Service was quick...employees both days were polite and efficient. The sides and the service are the only reason I gave as high as a 3 on my review. Pretty much done...won't go back.

Very bad food. Chicken was old and tough. Brisket was the same. We paid $40.00 for food we didn't eat. The sides was bad too. We will not be back.. My advice to everyone it is a very bad place to eat. I hope we dont get sick.

Dickeys on Mayhill is the only one I will go to. Service is awesome, and the food was on point. Even though it's clear across town, it was well worth the drive.

Walked into the restaurant to give it a try, older gentleman cutting the meat gave the wife and I and look as if we were bothering him. I thought it was weird but continued. We both got 2 meat plates and the young lady helping us (her name started with a J) got our sides and checked us out. (She was very nice and helpful). We sat down to eat and we both noticed our food was cold. We talked for a minute and decided to let the staff know and that we wanted it to be warm. The older gentleman said that it was warm and it could'nt have been cold so I decided to get a refund and just leave. I asked to speak with a manager so I could get my refund but there was no manager and (J) had to call her and ask how to initiate the refund but the manager told her on the phone to tell me to come back tomorrow to do the refund and leave my info. I was uncomfortable with that and I told her I would need something in writing since the refund could not be done right then and there so the manager decided to come in. We waited 15 minutes and the manager shows up in street clothes with some random man as well behind the counter around the food with no hair net, gloves, cap, anything. I explained the situation to the manager and I don't think she understood what I was trying to tell her because she thought I was accusing them of giving me raw meat. I decided to stop talking, got my refund and left. The experience was kind of sour to start and it didnt get better but what I was concerned about was the fact that there was no manager there and she had to come in from wherever she was to do something when she probably was supposed to be there? I used to manage a steakhouse as a FOH manager and would be fired if I left the staff run a shift without any authority there to help.

Fountain drinks were good. We got our refund after being served cold food. Had to wait for a manager to drive to the store as there was no management present.The young girl that works the register, to go orders, and drive thru was super helpful and sweet.Her coworker was slicing dry and cold meat.

We were there at 4, and I asked how long the Mac and cheese had been out, and she said since this morning, ok, not ordering that! We should have just left! We ordered 1 brisket plate with 2 sides and 1 pull pork sandwich. I opened my sandwich up to put BBQ sauce on it. All I saw was fat, so I took my fork and started to separate the meat and fat. I was shocked and should have taken it back to the counter. We were too hungry to eat to deal with the rude person selling the food. Check the photo out. It was almost half meat, half fat! I will never go to Dickey's BBQ again. This one was in Corinth, not worth the $27.00 , we both had water, I left still hungry!

It took longer than whataburger does. We asked for chopped and got sliced. They seemed overwhelmed even though there was only 1 car in front of us. Disappointed at the cost for what we received.

Just don’t.Turkey just water logged sponge.Brisket just hard meat and slimy fat (not the flavorful fat).Sweet tea container empty and we were the only people in the place.Beans tasted off.Rolls hard as a hockey puck.Coleslaw had no sauce, just cabbage.Okra was fresh cooked, was good (but lots of salt).

I went to this place because I had some good food from the one in Flower Mound, the turkey tasted sour, the chicken was super dry and tough. The best thing of my meal was the fries and drink. Not sure if the food was so awful due to the time of day (5:30-6:00 pm) but it was money wasted. ????
