Honestly don’t understand how this place is open…. First off food was disappointing, cold dry brisket and pulled pork. Side salad was frozen as well and even the sweet tea tasted like dirty water.
Bathrooms are HORRIBLE!!!! Build up all around the sink, makes me think twice on how clean the kitchen is.
Management needs to do something or bring in a new one. This is unacceptable for a franchise.

This place is normally pretty good to eat, but this time was disappointing. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a 2 meat entrée. The pulled pork was overly seasoned, salty, and extremely dry. Along with a piece of plastic (saran wrap) that was in the sandwich when I took a bite. The sweet tea smelled and tasted sour, so who knows how long the tea had been sitting in the urn to be that rancid. I ended up just throwing away the whole meal because of how inedible everything was.
The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice, but the food isn’t worth the $43 that I paid.

First time trying Dickey's BBQ, brisket was good, turkey was moist and tasty. Mac and cheese was okay, pork ribs were very good. The only negative issue was the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other over dinner.

I have never liked eating at Dickey's BBQ. The meats have always been dry. I decided to try this location last Saturday night 8/30. The food was actually pretty good. Just wish they had fresh green beans & cream corn. I would recommend this location.

We were served terrible sandwiches. Yes it technically tastes good but we ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches, and instead of it being pulled pork meat, it was a ground up mushy patty! Our last order it was real pulled pork so very disappointed of whatever they served us today.

Store has hours listed incorrectly, and often cannot put the correct sides in on a plate with only two sides.

A customer in front of me , different ethnic background received wonderful customer service, well when I got to the front of the line for pick up the lady was dry, she totally changed personalities. So I asked what was the difference I had 2 plate meals and she didn't offer to put then in a sturdy to go bag like she did for him. I had to ask because she packed it in the plastic one. She said I'm sorry you felt that when I said your level of customer service was different. She said she was owner. Very disappointed 😞

How difficult is it to include bbq sauce, pickles and onions? Last two orders from this establishment have been garbage quality wise. Attention to detail is important but I shouldn't have to tell you that. I'm good with raising prices but if you do that then you don't need to be messing up order details. It's really not that difficult.

Soon as you walk in *BAM* food! You smell what your about eat. Tender Sausage & brisket along with fall of the bone ribs. The staff is quick to the point & very helpful in explaining the daily special.
