My wife and I ordered food from this location last night and we will never be returning to them. After waiting nearly an hour for our food, we received our order. Except they forgot to even include our Garlic Knots, which is frustrating but mistakes happen, right? So I call the store to let them know and trying to find a solution to only be intentionally hung up on by the employee on staff. Again, let’s give them grace, maybe it was an accident? No, I called them back and was given a “Uhh what do want?” As a response followed by “you can have a credit.” *click* Let’s just make sure I’m following, I’m the customer and try to fix the issue that THEY caused and still I’m treated poorly? Interesting franchise model for sure. Unfortunately the issues didn’t end there either! Once we started eating, my wife’s pizza was a joke. She ordered a medium half & half pepperoni/sausage. It was nothing more than a cheese with 7 toppings tossed onto it. The second pizza we ordered was stretchy like rubber when trying to separate it. They managed to make the premade stuffed cheese bread right though! As a whole this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Dominoes. It’s a shame that the entire experience could’ve been rectified last night if not for the disrespectful service from the kid on the phone.

The service we received was beyond disappointing. The person who took our order showed zero interest in her job—she wasn’t paying attention to what we were ordering, had no idea how to process payments, and couldn’t even provide a receipt when asked. It honestly seemed like she had no understanding of how the store operated. If she was new, that’s a failure on the manager’s part for leaving her to handle customers on her own.
After waiting 30 minutes, we were told they had forgotten our order. As compensation for the delay, they offered us a chocolate lava cake. Despite still being hungry, we reluctantly accepted, hoping for some resolution. But after another 20 minutes, we were given completely wrong orders. The person who took our order had already messed everything up from the start, and it was clear that no one was paying attention.
After 50 minutes of waiting and receiving the wrong food, we left the store hungry, still looking for somewhere that would actually care about their customers.

They didn’t prepared pizza with toppings which I selected. I went back and asked them regarding my order. But they said, it is the same which is prepared according to my order details. In the bill they didn’t mentioned 3 cheeses which I selected and they didn’t added on my order. This is the first time came to this store location. Worst experience..!

Terrible customer service, driver went to complete wrong place, called me and asked me if I had a different address, but I only have one address that I live at. Called to complain and was just put on hold for forever. Definitely will not be ordering again. Maybe I’ll try Pizza Hut! Left at 5:18, it’s now 5:50 and driver still hasn’t showed up — According to Google, I only live nine minutes away from the store.
I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in my order today. I always order from this location and no problem. They dropped the ball seriously for me today. The fact that directions weren't followed and my children couldn't enjoy their meal was upsetting. I'm really rethinking even ordering here again.

Took $10 (site went from delivery to carryout without warning) from me after advising me to cancel (because they don't delivery where I am) and that the $10 would be back on my card in 3 days. It wasn't... So now imma just post awareness for this on every platform I can think of. Had I known I wouldnt get my $10 (via gift card back) I would have asked to be credited a pizza so if I was near that area I would order take out then.

My pasta bowels were not cooked all the way through, I used to work at a Domino's and I know what the make lines steps are to making a chicken Alfredo pasta bowl so I called spoke to the manager named Robin at the Teasly location and she told me "it's not possible, someone else also had a pasta bowl and did not complain so I know your lying" and kept dismissing me. I recommend going to the one near University Drive, I always get great food, well done, and the best customer service. Domino's location at Teasly, managers are extremely rude and disrespectful
