Playing loud rap music when I went in to pick up my order with inappropriate language. Not appropriate for a family restaurant.

pizza is either decent or rlly good, i’ve never gotten anything bad here. customer service is alright, all of the staff is really chill. don’t rlly understand all the recent negative reviews
Really bad customer service. Two times in a row, I was given the wrong pizza. When called to speak with supervisor, I was put on hold three times for over 23 minutes, no one came to the phone. Go figure!!

Order for medium pizza, wings, and cinnamon twist at 7: 43. It is now 845 and I’m still waiting. I called at 8:13 because the text said they were at my door delivering it. It seems that the delivery guy walked out and didn’t take my order with him Apparently, no one noticed it was still sitting there. it so I’ve waited an hour and 30 minutes after calling. And I still have no dinner. This is the first time I’ve ordered from Domino’s since I’ve only lived in the area short time. But trust me this will be. LAST TIME I I order from Domino’s It seems
We’ve ordered from this Domino’s location regularly, and unfortunately, there’s been a consistent issue with missing sauces—specifically for the loaded tots. Almost every order arrives without the sauce, despite it being listed and expected.
Tonight, we called to politely mention the error and even said, “It’s cool to bring a container of the sauce if you want.” The response? A delivery of sauce in a lidless Styrofoam cup. Not only was it unprofessional, but it was also unsanitary and careless.
This reflects poor judgment. Customers deserve to receive what they paid for, in safe and appropriate containers, especially when the issue has been ongoing.
We’ve been patient, but at this point, we’d appreciate real accountability and attention to quality control.
Chris the manager was great and fixed the issue promptly. But aside from him, this is unacceptable and it needs to change.

Found a hair in my pizza called the restaurant cool manager said come back he gave me a pizza on the house and refunded my original order 10/10 customer service

Ordered online for the store and had no problems. Was greeted and taken care of by Quinn and her team. Everyone was very energetic and upbeat. The store was clean and smelled amazing. I am definitely ordering from this location again!

They have really been improving with my last two orders. The pizza use to be flat and dry. Now when you ask for extra sauce they actually give it to you.

We order food from this place regularly. However, this is about to change. For the last 3 or maybe even 4 orders we ordered for delivery, we had to take an item back due to being overcooked or just flat messed up. The first time, we thought things just happened and gave them the benefit of doubt, but today was the last straw. Once again, one of my daughters had to take her pasta back because it was overcooked, and they left off the sauce. The manager didn't seem to care that the pizza we received was cold, and her pasta was messed up. They did remake her pasta, but his attitude and lack of care are uncalled for.
