Doesn’t actually deliver..

Great customer service, not so good at making pizzas. I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. I didn't get either. Looks like I ordered ordered a pizza with no sauce and light on the cheese and toppings. The young lady that made pizzas that night was in a zone. I watched the young lady make every pizza the same way. She would get a pinch of each toppings, sprinkle on pizza then pick a good percentage of it back off pizza and put back in the the container. Pizza was so dry and skimpy on the toppings I couldn't swallow a bite I chewed of it without water. I almost went to the grocery store to by pizza sauce to add to pizza, because this wasn't edible. I will never go back to this location again. $40 worth of baked bread with no sauce and no toppings. V

I want to thank Hailey for going out of her way on November 14, 25 to get me a Purchased receipt for my order on November 13, the person who served me the night before didn't know what to do. She never hesitated to help me out with the situation. Thank you Hailey for taking the time to resolve this issue and make my happy 😊.

This place never gets the pizzas right. I make the same order weekly and they get it wrong about 70% of the time. It truly doesn’t make sense, read the order and do it right.
I’ve called the manager and they act like I did something wrong even though this is almost a weekly issue. How do you get a Buffalo chicken pizza wrong every week?
The manager acted like a child and kept huffing and puffing on the phone. Absolutely disrespectful and rude, I can’t believe he’s still a manager - he’s terrible.

Be VERY careful ordering online from here. I ordered delivery and was charged twice, and still did not receive some of my items. Always double check your bank account.

After recieving the incomplete order, I called and was told they would send the driver back out with the missing items. 30 minutes passed and no one came.
So I called again, only to be placed on hold for an additional 5 minutes.
I hung up and called back, which they answered immediately (shocker).
She said she voided one of my transactions and since no one could get ahold of the driver, I just offered to come pick it up (this is about the point where I regretted tipping the first time).

So at this point, I ordered delivery well over an hour ago. By this time, I had to go to the store to pick up anyway and basically paid the delivery fee for no reason.
As it stands, I’m out $50+ (double what I expected to pay) and they said they could not give me a return receipt for the supposedly voided transaction. Time will tell if I get my money back, and if I do, I’ll add a star to my rating. But because I had to go to the store myself AFTER ordering delivery, nothing could make the experience worth more than that. I did misplace one item, and the other item I did received after driving myself there and picking it up at the store. So after it was all said and done, I did get a complete order. But the amount of time and effort I had to go through for that was not worth it.

And on top of everything else, I will have to reheat everything because at the end of the journey, 2 hours later, everything is of course ice cold. Incredibly disappointing experience, but I do appreciate the $15 coupon they offered for next time at least.

Pizza was completely burnt when I went to go pick it up and they had skimped on the pasta. Not even half full of noodles. A joke. Don’t come to this location unless you wanted to be disappointed.

Pizza crust was overcooked while toppings were undercooked. Prime example of faulty use of an oven. Re-heated pizza is Undigestible. Dasher/Driver should be promoted as they understand fault in delivery.

I mean it’s dominos so you know what to expect. Ordered online for pickup and it was ready by the time I arrived. Looked to be well-staffed and managed well so this place checks all the boxes.

You have a better chance for McDonald's drivethru to get your order right than this stores delivery. It's not hard to check the order before you leave the store. Big thumbs down from me
