Hey I just ordered dominos from the dominos app I collected 60 points and it allowed to get a free 2 topping medium pizza and I ordered a Caesar salad as well they messed up my food I don’t recommend anyone to go to this dominos to get pizza and the pizza and the Caesar salad looked disgusted so I basically lost my 60 point plus $19.55 for my Caesar salad and delivery cost this doesn’t even deserve 1 star but IHave to put 1 star just for it to post on the reviews

I ordered my food at 11:54 and by 1 pm it still wasn't here. Mind you this is 2 sandwiches and a coke. By 12:52 now the timer on their site switched to 'bake'. What was the tip for??? Expensive as hell too. Why is one pizza $20???? Who does that???????

This is the second time I went to pick up pizza. Last time I went, on their display monitor it showed my order was ready and when I asked for it, they said it was not ready. I was wondering if that was a mistake or if they were under pressure to show food was ready when it was not. Today they showed it to be ready. I was pessimistic and asked if I can get the order. They said it was not ready. I pointed at the monitor and said that shows it is ready. They said it was not. I said this is the second time you show the order is ready when it is not. He said "we are bombarded today". There is more traffic but they also have more workers. There was no need to present false information. I wonder if the company is putting undue pressure on the employees to misrepresent how quickly they can prepare pizza. Let this be a lesson for other customers. Your pizza may not be ready when it is shown as ready. What else do they exaggerate? How you do anything is how you do everything.
