I'm not much of a review writer but today I had a somewhat uncomfortable situation, at this place today 02/23/2025, I placed an order online, but when I got to the place to pick up my order I tried to get someone to help me, no one did, they completely ignored me and they can't say that they were very busy with orders that at that time there were no orders since I noticed the screen they handle, the truth is I don't know why they did it, or because they saw that I was Hispanic, I don't know. It feels ugly that you arrive at a place and there is no customer service. I would like to think that it is not racism since at that time when I arrived there were 7 American people. And they were not busy but as of today this was my last day ordering pizza at that place since there are more pizzerias and with more variety,

I will start by saying I worked at dominos for 3 years in all positions, but.. I’ve ordered from this location over 30 times and every single time with out fail my order is incorrect. When you pay for extra toppings put the extra damn toppings on it truly read the damn screen and make the pizza correct. It’s not rocket science. I’m fixing to just give up and go to Pizza Hut from now on haven’t had this issue there ever …

Made a carry out order for three medium 1 topping pizzas and the cinnamon twist for my kiddos. Thought I was gonna be able to just swing by after I got off of work and get the pizzas. Arrived at the store and was told since the total was over $40 they don’t make the pizzas until you are there????????????????? How does that make any sense? If that’s the case, I would’ve dined in. Ridiculous, complete bullshit

I order from this location pretty often and usually the pizza is pretty good. Today I ordered 3 pizzas. 2 pan and 1 regular crust and it seems like they completely forgot to add sauce. The cheese was thin and practically not there and I NEVER COMPLAIN about this location but this time me and my whole family were highly disappointed. We had to search for any marinara sauce we had in the house to try to add sauce because it was sooooo dry. I’ve been noticing less and less sauce being used but this was not pizza. It was like eating plain bread and the pizza had tons of air bubbles in it. They didn’t bother to add the flavor to the crust like they normally do either. Very disappointed.

I tried their bone in wings. I was shocked at how mushy they were. Almost like biting in to jello. There was no meat mostly fat. And they were inedible. I can’t believe that they sell that. It was the worst wing I have ever had! The lady I spoke with tonight ordering was very kind.
Was told to come in at 4:30 for my first day, got there at 4:33 and the manager woman whom I didn’t even speak with up to that point told me to just go home, I can only imagine how they treat long term employees. Edit just to add, I wasn’t even on the schedule yet, nor in the database, this is getting plastered everywhere because the absolute audacity to treat me like I’m some child is asinine.

My wife said that Domino's here was great pizza . We ordered the NY style pizza. Boy did they lie , the only reason that i gave them 2 stars was the delivery guy was great . The only word for the pizza is nasty . The pizza was overly done almost burnt , the sauce had a weird taste , they only used the cheap cheese , the topping were old and not fresh. Now if you want a great NY style pizza go to Pizza Capris here in Denton . Everything there is great and fresh.

I found a hair and an eyelash in my pizza. Not the greatest thing especially after a long day of work being hungry and wanting a pizza. Up the standards and give those kids working behind the counter some hairnets and gloves. Been coming to this dominos since we’ve moved here and it has happened before but I gave this location a second chance. Very disappointed.
