I lived in the area for 5 years and have ordered from this location often and today I ordered and my pizzas were smashed to one side of the box. I decided to call since these were for my entire family and kids and CC answered and when I told her about the pizza she laughed and I could tell they knew this happened and attempted to just get away with it. I asked her if this happened there bc based on her response it seemed it did and she admitted that it did while still laughing. I record every “business” or formal interaction I have on my phone and I was so disappointed with this location. I don’t know if it was thrown on the ground then scraped back up. They offered to remake it but based on the carelessness and the laughter from her and the manager Roy in the background I requested a refund. I think I’ll stop ordering from here completely. I’ll be sending all photos and recordings to corporate as well. It wouldn’t taken nothing to simply remake it first and just let me know it would be a bit longer. I would’ve been just fine with that. Do better.

Listed as “Pizza Delivery” but this location and the others around it will say it doesn’t deliver even though I’ve seen delivery vehicles come and go. No other location covers the delivery area for this location. And they will still let you put in a delivery order with no warning for issues until someone from a random store calls you 20 minutes later.

I was waiting for my order and the older manager? (Dark blue shirt) With a beard was being really condescending to the workers. It was a really uncomfortable thing to witness and not how a manager should be acting at all.

We got 3 pizza and 2 chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The sandwich was overcooked. I went back to and he said said he wasn't going to remake them. I spent my hard earned money for the burnt 2 sandwiches. Do not order from here.

I'm not much of a review writer but today I had a somewhat uncomfortable situation, at this place today 02/23/2025, I placed an order online, but when I got to the place to pick up my order I tried to get someone to help me, no one did, they completely ignored me and they can't say that they were very busy with orders that at that time there were no orders since I noticed the screen they handle, the truth is I don't know why they did it, or because they saw that I was Hispanic, I don't know. It feels ugly that you arrive at a place and there is no customer service. I would like to think that it is not racism since at that time when I arrived there were 7 American people. And they were not busy but as of today this was my last day ordering pizza at that place since there are more pizzerias and with more variety,
I will start by saying I worked at dominos for 3 years in all positions, but.. I’ve ordered from this location over 30 times and every single time with out fail my order is incorrect. When you pay for extra toppings put the extra damn toppings on it truly read the damn screen and make the pizza correct. It’s not rocket science. I’m fixing to just give up and go to Pizza Hut from now on haven’t had this issue there ever …

Made a carry out order for three medium 1 topping pizzas and the cinnamon twist for my kiddos. Thought I was gonna be able to just swing by after I got off of work and get the pizzas. Arrived at the store and was told since the total was over $40 they don’t make the pizzas until you are there????????????????? How does that make any sense? If that’s the case, I would’ve dined in. Ridiculous, complete bullshit

I order from this location pretty often and usually the pizza is pretty good. Today I ordered 3 pizzas. 2 pan and 1 regular crust and it seems like they completely forgot to add sauce. The cheese was thin and practically not there and I NEVER COMPLAIN about this location but this time me and my whole family were highly disappointed. We had to search for any marinara sauce we had in the house to try to add sauce because it was sooooo dry. I’ve been noticing less and less sauce being used but this was not pizza. It was like eating plain bread and the pizza had tons of air bubbles in it. They didn’t bother to add the flavor to the crust like they normally do either. Very disappointed.

I tried their bone in wings. I was shocked at how mushy they were. Almost like biting in to jello. There was no meat mostly fat. And they were inedible. I can’t believe that they sell that. It was the worst wing I have ever had! The lady I spoke with tonight ordering was very kind.
