So freaking good! I've been craving an elote since I had one on vacation in Mexico and was so excited when Don Maiz opened. Now I don't have to go across town. One bite and I knew I'd be a regular. It's so cute, too. And they have vegan options ?

As a lactose intolerant individual, the elote was delicious! Honestly the vegan Mayo and vegan Parmesan taste better than regular Mayo and Parmesan AND no stomach aches after I ate it! Such a plus for me ? Will definitely be back again!
Vegetarian options: They have vegan cheese and Mayo that taste like regular cheese and Mayo which is a big plus for me.

I recommend Don Maiz, I bought the toxic ones and I liked that they had black beans and with their cheese and jalapeños...100% they will like you...
