i go to this Dunkin at least twice a week cuz i like to get coffee before my classes at unt. i order different drinks often and they always taste good, and even my usual is consistently well made. only ever had problems a few times, which is expected as people make mistakes; but for the amount ive gone here, I'm impressed with the consistency. not to mention the employees are always kind and welcoming..ty!

I don’t know what magic sauce they put in this dunkin but it’s so clean everyone is so nice and they worked on my food fast! Will definitely be coming back. There was a taller male w darker facial hair who was amazing

I’ve had good and bad coffee from here, the service is decent but the place is really small and feels kind of cluttered and dirty for it to be a newer location. My main take away is that it doesn’t have a drive thru, I would probably come here way more if it had a drive thru.

Stopped by here a few weeks ago and was super pleased by the customer service at this location. At the register I was greeted by Addison who was the absolute sweetest about my order and made sure it was what I wanted, and was super patient with my gift card problem.😊

I made a mistake on my part when ordering and they remade my drink for free:)
There were 3 employees behind the counter just chatting. We stood at the cash register to order, we looked at them and they looked at us, but they turned to each other and kept talking and ignored us. On the 23rd of October at 6:30. You need to hire better people. We walked out.

I came by yesterday and the guy at the counter was super nice and helped me pick what drink to get! He even remembered to ask me if I wanted whipped cream, which I did not, overall my experience was fantastic!!

We went in and stood in line waiting for a few minutes while the 2 worker's finished talking. They didn’t have any others customers at 7:27 p.m. on 9-17. My 1st donuts was ok. My second one smelled and tasted nasty.

Visit this location frequently. Favorite Dunkin’ I’ve been to in the DFW area. The coffee and donuts are exactly what you want/expect if you’re going to a Dunkin’. However, I will add that, regardless of the time of day, this Dunkin’ generally has a better donut selection than the other locations in the area. The service is ultimately the reason to keep going back. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. That goes for all the folks who work there, but I don’t know everybody’s name. Special shout-out for those I do know—LaCeta and Angelina. Thanks!
