Everyone singing at karaoke was so gosh dang talented. The KJ was fun and welcoming, and so were the bar staff. I had a wonderful time and felt so chill and happy there. I had the chicken tender basket. The fries and tenders were still crispy the next day y'all!

My guy loves smaller bar & grills, nostalgic places that remind him of movie scene locations where cool pool scenes could be captured, and this place fit the bill. The guy pictured, and forgive me for forgetting his name, was one of the absolute coolest bartenders/waitstaff ever. This guy deserves a raise for his friendly conversation, attentive nature and overall hospitality. His suggestions were on point (food was good), and he went above and beyond with assisting my bf with obtaining a receipt once we left because he forgot it. The place is connected to another location we didn’t get to hang out at, but I could see us coming back just on some ole’ hang out vibes!

I wrote a review of this place somewhere that was just "Meh." Then a friend of mine worked there for a time and Jen (the owner/manager/whatever) leaned on my friend to get me to change my review. I did so he wouldn't have trouble at his job. He doesn't work there anymore.Meh.

I was the only African American in the place and I placed my order for a drink and didn't get it until my friend asked for it again, let me say she has gotten hers and most finished with it before I got mine ???. I just wish establishments would place signs that let me know they don't want African Americans in their business. Being new to the area I'm just looking for places to go. I would have gone back but??♀️.

The burger and fry special on Wednesday for $6.99 was really good and quite a bargain. It was worth the visit just to experience Richard, the bartender. He missed his calling to be a comedian!
