Ordered ahead on the DB App. When I arrived there were only 4 cars in line so I decided to join the line. (I did note that I'd pickup my order in drive-thru when I ordered.) It took awhile for the line to move as if drinks weren't being made until each car reached the window. Once reaching the window the gal was very pleasant. She confirmed what I was picking up and shortly thereafter handed off the drinks. 1 hot, 1 iced. I could tell the hot (toasted cold brew) had just been poured because the cup was so hot! Luckily I had the time to wait and appreciated the freshness of the drinks.
*Even though I gave 5 stars for service I believe manager and/or owner need to have proper staffing on especially busy days like DB sticker of the month day!

We always get great service here. And love the drinks. It's 100+ degrees today and the staff seem to be struggling with the heat and I feel awful for them. Maybe having them wear cooling packs/gear and installing shade could be helpful.

I LOVE Dutch Bros. As a person with health concerns, it is great to have so many sugar-free coffee options (that actually taste good) !
So first off I love the coffee. I love ordering ahead.
What I don’t love is coming to get my coffee that I have ordered ahead of time, getting to this location, and having it NOT be ready, waiting another 10-20 minutes for it to get made. That part sucks.
But I love the drinks, coffee and staff. Everyone is friendly. Usually the line, if I go and order moves, quickly. I just don’t like that recently I’m having to wait on my order ahead drinks.

I absolutely love this place! Their energy and attitude always makes me feel better even in a situation that can’t helped. They had sooo many people in line for drinks and their energy was fantastic. Catelynn took my order and she held it down with her attitude and spirit!

Shitty service at this location. I watched 3 different customers leave because they could not get their order taken. I would have been four if I hadn't already paid on the app. 30 minutes total wait from the time I ordered on the app until I received my coffee. At one point all the employees were singing and dancing to a song that was over the loudspeaker. I get having fun, but you should definitely do your job first. I won't be wasting my time again.

Tonight I went to Dutch Bros on University and I had the best customer experience. I had Colby assist me this evening and they couldn't be kinder. I went sort of late and close to closing that I worried I would be a bother, Colby reassured me it was actually nice I was there. Colby was incredibly helpful in helping me decide on a drink and honestly best drink I've ever had. Colby is an example of how customers should be treated and a shining spot in a word that is too quick to dismiss others.
