This Dutch Bros is one of the busiest, but also the friendliest, I have ever visited! I don't come by too often, but when I do, it's always such a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and patient, especially Colby! (Hope I spelled that right!) Whether he's taking orders outside or at the window, he's always so much fun to chat with. :)

I enjoy their cold drinks, especially the energy drink varieties. The prices are on par with Starbucks, but they have a better selection of drinks if you're sick of the regular stuff you can find anywhere. I will say the service leaves a lot to be desired. The line is always long and the staff consists of a bunch of giggly teenagers. But honestly, what do you expect?

Came to this Dutch Bros location today to get a drink. The lady taking orders was very rude and unprofessional. She went to the other line to continue taking orders and skipped over us when we had been waiting over 10 minutes. She comes to the vehicle after I had placed an order already and as we were pulling forward she starts throwing a fit saying we almost hit her with the vehicle. Mind you She was standing up on the sidewalk past the curb. We wouldve had to pop the curb and drive on the sidewalk to hit her. She ended up walking away and inside of the store with numerous cars still waiting for their orders to be taken. When pulling up to the window everyone was just socializing rather than working to get orders out. We just moved here and this will be our new local Dutch Bros but I think after this interaction we may be going to Starbucks instead. When we got our drinks the Rebel Freeze was blended in the blender was nasty and watered down from the ice used. From drinks to the service at this location was awful and Id rather drive cities away for my Dutch Bros rather than to come to this run down daycare.

It’s been a while since I had Dutch Bros after moving cities, so when I came to Denton with my family, we wanted to check it out again. They added new food and so many new drinks but I was completely lost. I ended up getting the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha with an espresso fireball shot, something I had no clue about! The line moved fast, the baristas inside were so lively and friendly, and Charlie was so patient while helping me and the family out. 10/10!

I understand why Dutch Bros drinks are so popular—they are great—but the service setup really needs a major overhaul. Even with a double-lane drive-thru, it still takes 25 minutes or more just to get drinks. Once you’re in line, it’s too late to leave, and you’re stuck waiting.
Dutch Bros recently added food items, but honestly, you’re better off grabbing something from McDonald’s—it's cheaper and tastes better. If you order ahead, skip the drive-thru line completely and go straight to the pickup window. That’s the only way to save time.
To be fair, I’ve never had a bad drink here—the quality is solid. The issue isn’t the product, it’s the way the whole location is set up.
Great drinks, but the wait time makes it hard to justify stopping by unless you have plenty of time to spare.
