Ordered ahead on the DB App. When I arrived there were only 4 cars in line so I decided to join the line. (I did note that I'd pickup my order in drive-thru when I ordered.) It took awhile for the line to move as if drinks weren't being made until each car reached the window.
Once reaching the window the gal was very pleasant. She confirmed what I was picking up and shortly thereafter handed off the drinks. 1 hot, 1 iced. I could tell the hot (toasted cold brew)...

We always get great service here. And love the drinks. It's 100+ degrees today and the staff seem to be struggling with the heat and I feel awful for them. Maybe having them wear cooling packs/gear and installing shade could be helpful.
