Upon entering we were greeted first thing.. 🥇.but it seemed like it actually took some time for the lady to actually make us feel welcomed.. since we'd never been here it took us some ⏰ we ordered a kids chicken 🍗🍗 meal with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Kaylyn and I ordered Tostada, which now I know, it's a "taco salad" & Stella ordered tacos. 🌮 🌮. Stella gave her tacos 6/10 Blaze gave his chicken 10/10 our tostada bowls Kaylyn 9/10 and mine 6/10.

Food is ok, service didn't shine, tables were not clean, but the unforgivable is a non working a/c the day of 107°, really?!!! Felt like they were trying to get rid of us. Never again.
I came here for dinner with my son, the atmosphere was very calm and vibrant. I ordered the Baja shrimp tacos & they didn’t disappoint! All I know is I’ll be adding this stop to one of my Denton food favorites!

This was my 1st time ever eating El Pollo Loco. The food was amazing. THE STAFF was even as great as the food. HENRY took the time to help me with the rewards app. He was sooo patient as I had to download and sign up. This store is super clean. He even recited the other locations by street since I told him Ai am always in Plano or Dallas usually. This team went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for the awesome experience. I will definitely be coming back.

This was my first visit to an El Pollo Loco and I was disappointed. Maybe it was an off night or got shorted because I had a coupon. We ordered through the drive-thru and got the 2 meals for 10.00. First the salads were pretty wilted and the tortilla strips soggy...this may have been because they pack it with the dressing already on it. The coleslaw was tasteless and mushy. Corn was decent. The chicken however. . For grilled chicken it was very greasy. Yet it managed to be the driest chicken ever. The coupon said it would be 2 legs and 2 thighs. The 2 legs were the tiniest legs I have ever seen with very little meat. One "thigh" was a mangled wing, the other a strip of boneless white meat that was dry, gritty and with absolutely no seasoning. A lot got thrown out. The positives: the gentleman at the window was very polite. He gets one star. The churro, albeit a little small, was excellent and gets the other.
