Don’t go to this place at night expecting fresh cooked chicken. You are going to get the leftovers from the day. I stopped there last night after a long drive from New Mexico. I ordered drive through and drove home whith it. When I got home to my surprised I got just that an over cooked dry chicken more like chicken jerky, that was probably sitting there for quite awhile but I was so hungry that I ate it anyways. Then I decided to call the store and speak to the manager to complain. The idiot wanted me to take pictures of the chicken and come back the next day with tge receipt for a refund. I told him that I did not care about the refund just wanted to let him know the kind of product they are selling. I am never buying Pollo Loco at this location!!

I came an hour before closing time and they told me there was no more chicken, wasn't the place supposed to be called pollo loco? They didn't want to work twice as they had everything clean and ready to go home. Don't come to this location if it's late, they won't serve you.

I got the Chicken burrito combo and had them add sour cream for a staggering cost of $15.50! Opened the burrito up after eating a few bites-- where's the chicken?? Tortilla was hard as a rock... I just threw it away. Not good at all! Would have gotten better food at Taco Bell...
