This place was terrible. The service here was so awful I felt like they either hated their jobs, where under the influence of something, or just really hated their customers. They had absolutely no sense of business or no sense of pride for working and making money. The young guy that worked there placed my sandwich on the prep station and then walked away to play on his phone for 7 minutes and then finally walked back to finish it. I stood there to pickup my order that I had already placed before arriving at the store to pick it up and still stood inside waiting for about 15 minutes just so they can wrap it up in a bag. I'm not sure, but somebody that treats me like that will never get my business and I will never refer any of my marvelous food fans to eat there.

The burger was ok, I would challenge the 100% angus beef claim. Fries were good but made a tad early and were cooled down. The funnel cake sticks (donut holes) were good. The staff was friendly the entire visit. The cleanliness was not good at all. Seat cushions aside, the tables were dirty with hand prints, the floors were not swept or mopped, and the grease buildup on the bottoms of the windows may be the reason it smelled. I know it doesn’t seem like that should matter, but detail to cleanliness outside of the kitchen lets me know about how clean the kitchen is.

Seating is limited, and that's the only bad thing. The foods we tried were DELICIOUS, made to order, and we will be back to try the rest of the menu! Last but not least was the crew: AWESOME. Helped us choose, set realistic time for order, and were just all around great!
Called 7 times the phone rung nonstop until it sent me to voice mail been trying to specify my order but cant even communicate then tried to charge me extra when all im trying to do is replace an order just got my sandwich its small and theres black Tar all on the bread these people clearly dont know what their doing

I ordered 10 wings with buffalo and lemon pepper and side of fries. I was initially excited and the flavor was good until last two wings were under cooked. I threw them away and let the cashier know. That is unacceptable, the rest of the menu looked good but I don’t know if I’ll come back and try again. First impression underwhelming.

tried to order food but the card reader wouldnt work and the cashier acted like we just didn’t have any money. tried 3 different cards (and apple pay) and it wouldn’t work. I asked the cashier if they could take it manually, (I know they can Im a hospitality major and have been in this industry for almost 10 years.) I was turned away because of a faulty card reader and am employee who didn’t care enough to make the sale

So I used to eat here all the time. Chicken tenders meal was off the chain. You couldn’t hardly eat it all. So tonight I order a tender meal and got what look a kids meal with chicken fingers instead of tenders. The meal used to come on a plate. I got 2 boxes in a bag . The most disgusting and disappointing meal ever. I ended up going to McDonalds right after. There was not enough food for a 3 yr old. It’s definitely not the same. Will never go back. Once was a good thing, now gone bad.
Came here at 11:00 pm and they told me they were closing but I looked up the location and it said they closed at 1 am, I am highly annoyed!! Don't recommend this location!

Y'all left me no choice. THREE times in a row I order the chicken stack. No bird sauce with a side of jalapeno honey mustard. Seems simple, right? Oh, no. You guys managed to either give me bird sauce or NO SAUCE AT ALL. What am I paying for???
