As I stood in line to order on Saturday there was a special needs person applying for a job. The guy conducting the interview, who seemed to be in his mid to late 20’s, was SO kind and respectful. He was so patient and professional with the man and he showed real respect and dignity to him as they went through the pre-written interview questions.
