Employees did not acknowledge me when I walked in, but stared right at me. When I asked for a drink in a certain way, I got a facial expression as if I was dumb for asking for that. It was not busy when I entered, no line, employees kept talking to each other and made me wait over five minutes to order so they could continue their conversation. Staff was not polite in the slightest.

The coffee is pretty good and there’s a ton of outlets. Perfect for study! They are also really considerate that one time I needed an item refunded which is always great.
