I just moved to Dallas from Chicago a year ago and just discovered Fuzzy’s last night. I had an issue with my Uber eats order and contacted the restaurant. A wonderful staff name Taylor picked up the phone and assisted me to perfection last night. She has such a beautiful personality and her ability to solve problems effortlessly has to be acknowledged. Normally a great place but this time we were missing multiple items from the to-go order. Discovered after we got home, so partially on me, but they would not refund the missing items when I called.

My grilled shrimp salad was good. My friend ordered sweet tea and was given her cup at check out only to turn the corner and find the tea was out. When she asked the girl at the register if they were making more she was told they were out of tea. Kind of annoying because she spent $2 on a drink she didn’t want, if she was told they’re out of tea she wouldn’t have gotten a drink.
