I’m really not happy to rate this low, but I have to. I was very disappointed with the food I had today. I ordered a Grilled Steak Burrito Bowl and it arrived cold. The rice was hard, undercooked, like just some cold water put in it, and it was overly salty. The meat was very different from what I’ve had before, and overall the meal was awful, I couldn’t finish it and ended up staying hungry the whole day. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Please put more effort into food quality because customers shouldn’t have to feel sick or go without a proper meal after paying. I’ve had burritos at many places, and unfortunately this wasn’t even close in comparison. Since I had already spent my meal money, I couldn’t get anything else, which made the experience even more frustrating. Thank you for your attention, I truly hope things improve so no one else has to go through this.

No problems at all with food, 100% of problems with the staff and how long it takes to receive the food. Staff is either talking to eachother or seeming off task with an extremely slow pace even at times where there are little to no customers. It can get busy, but the staff’s inability to provide efficient services is consistent every time.
Also, today was busy and there were about 7 people standing with their buzzers going off waiting at the counter while their food wasn’t packaged and ready to go. Great food, but the service is way too slow and stops me from wanting to come back.

They serve up delicious quesadillas! The chicken quesadilla is packed with tender, flavorful chicken and melted cheese, while the veggie quesadilla is surprisingly hearty with well-seasoned peppers, onions, and mushrooms. They come with salsa and sour cream. A bit greasy but totally worth it for the bold flavors. Great portion size and satisfying every time

My shredded brisket burrito was 90 percent rice and beans and there was barely any brisket. This was very disappointing. My bean and cheese burrito was so runny it totally fell apart until it wasn't a burrito at all. Wow, I don't think I'm coming back here.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I was so upset with the food I received. I ordered a fajita beef salad to eat for later, so I did not look at it until later and realized there was no beef in my salad. Just lettuce cheese and tomatoes.
Well, one thing is that it's conveniently located, so that's a plus point. Apart from that, I really did not notice any other plus points. The food was okay, and portion sizes were very small compared to Chipotle. It took about 15 minutes to get the food on a slow day.
