I went in to place a to go order and all I got was a quesadilla and a drink. First the two people at the counter were too busy talking to each other to take my order so I patiently waited 5 minutes while they finished their conversation. Then I waited another 15 to 20 minutes for my food while watching folks that came in after me get their food before ultimately getting my money back and leaving. I don't recommend this particular location to anyone, the customer service was trash and the wait time is ridiculous!

I work from home and ordered Fuzzy's via DoorDash for lunch on a very busy meeting day. The Dasher only picked up and brought the chips and queso half of the order. My enchiladas were left behind. Mistakes happen. But when I called Fuzzy's, the guy who answered asked for my address and drove my lunch over himself in less than 10 minutes. Now THAT is great customer service! Beautiful job, Fuzzy's!

Disappointing service. Over 30 mins just for a couple of breakfast tacos to go. Order was overlooked for food service delivery folks, better off ordering through one of them. Also got a not so pleasant surprise in one of the tacos. Luckily not allergic to latex but there was a piece of latex glove in one of the tacos. Worst experience at a fuzzys.

When we visited a few weeks ago, there were only two people working in the store. We ordered and paid for the large cups for drinks. Come to find out every single drink was out. No tea, no sodas, no nothing. When we brought it to the attention to the one person in the kitchen, he said it was the cashiers job. I asked the cashier and he said they were out of all drinks. So why did we pay for drinks? He could not refund us because the manager was not coming in (even though they were scheduled). We asked for our food to go and went home to get drinks. When we got home, my son’s quesadilla was burnt and had cinnamon ALL over it. My brisket taco was missing most of the contents and was dripping with grease. We have contacted the store and corporate MULTIPLE times with no reply at all. We were not even able to eat our lunch and now Fuzzy’s refuses to acknowledge us. Unacceptable. I wish I had taken more pictures but I didn’t think getting ahold of someone about this would be so difficult.
So sad to see this business fall so hard. I hadn't visited or eaten here in several years, and after today's experience, I know I won’t return. There are so many better options for tacos in Denton now; I don't understand how this spot still exists.
I placed an online order at 1:03 pm on Sunday. The email confirmation stated my order would be ready for pickup at 1:17 pm. I waited to receive my order and finally got it at 1:37 pm. I understand the challenges of an understaffed service industry, but it gets worse.
The food was disgusting. Everything was drenched in salt as if it were meant to be preserved from ancient times. I’m not sure what happened to Fuzzy's over the years, but it's disappointing. I do not recommend this spot.

I’m a member of the Denton County Jeep Club and we frequent this location often. Let me just say that they have definitely stepped up their service. They were well staffed and ready to handle our group. They were very attentive and even brought out our food to the patio which they have never done in the past. Food was fresh and prepared quickly. Keep up the great work JaCorey. We will be back!!!

first off let me start by saying i come here pretty often and the service has always been good. however today i ordered online per usual and ended up being extremely disappointed. i ordered some chips and queso to go as i have regularly done in the past. usually they fill up the bag 3/4’s or more of the way full. however today the bag i got was 1/4’s or less full. i kid you not there’s more chips in a snack size chip bag then what was in my bag today. i also asked for two garlic sauces on the side and they told me i had to pay extra. i’ve never had to pay extra for garlic sauce but maybe it’s a new thing so it wasn’t a huge deal… until they gave me one instead of two, and the one i did get was filled halfway. the burrito i got was a 10/10 like usual but the gave my drink napkins instead of regular size napkins. the two ladies up front her very polite and nice but i cannot say the same for the kitchen. overall i just think there were a lot of small details that were missed that shouldn’t be missed because it should be normal for them. just a warning for you who place takeout orders, make sure to check your bag before you leave and don’t make the same mistake i did.
