Horrible customer service lady in the front very rude .

I decided to give this place another chance since my last bad experience with their food quality a couple of years ago.Saying the food quality has not improved is an understatement. The food is old and reeks. The beef that was in my food, looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time.I had the beef Udon. It was AWFUL.Lesson learned...again...

This pains me to right because I adore the owner she's a sweet lady but.... this place is disgusting, I used to be a server and I wouldn't eat there if that tells you anything.

Food was good. The lady who greets you when walk in must own this place because she is mean and rude. I was thinking about coming back here but I’m not gonna spend my money to be looked at crazy and talked to crazy.

The older lady working at the door is extremely rude! Will never come here again. Food was good. But customer service was the worse. I waited over 10 minutes to be seated. I asked where the restroom was and the older lady told me I didn’t spend enough to use it. I didn’t finish my food in comfort the way I would like to, I quickly asked for my receipt and left! I advise if you want a great place to sit and enjoy great customer service this IS NOT IT!

Great Mongolian grill restaurant. Stopped in while we were in town for a college visit. We all did the build your own bowl. Food was super fresh. We also got fried pot stickers as appetizer & they were very crispy just like we like them. Definitely recommend this place!

An absolute disaster of an establishment. Disgusting food, disgusting people and an even more disgusting environment. Food tastes like rubber and the lady at the front counter began to fight me when I commented that their hot and sour soup was like eating sawdust. I most definitely do not recommend

First time coming in. Do not let these reviews fool you ! Today 5/29/21 was my first time ever trying this place out.The restaurant was super clean cute and had a unique feel to it, the lady at the front desk was super sweet and patient while my boyfriend and I looked over the menu, along with the food was super tasty. Definitely will be back.(:

Not as good as Genghis. But if you want a quiet place to eat and talk, it's your spot. There's never been anyone else in there when we're there.

The woman who seems to be running the show here is a little overbearing, but the food is always fast and great. I only wish it were in a better location.

The food didn't taste good.

The lady at the front counter was very rude and impatient when it came to looking over the menu. I wanted to try the wings and was told that it would take to long to make so try something else. Eventually I settled with the orange chicken and fried rice based on having it before at prior Asian establishments. To top it off the food was cold and not flavorful. So poor customer service and poor food quality.

Went here as a closer alternative to Genghis. Seemed surprised that we wanted to dine in. We were seated and went to the counter to make our own bowl. The different meats had only like 5-6 pieces of each (chicken, steak, etc) and other ingredients were fairly sparse as well. There were 3 of us so we had to adjust our bowls to what they had. Food was ok.. Price was a little on the hi side. Will make the drive to Genghis next time.

Great food! Love making a bowl. Service is great! This place needs more recognition!

Nasty place lady that run the place is rude, the hot and sour soup taste like it’s made from dishwater and the carrots taste acidic, food has no flavor. It used to be good but they have declined because of the pandemic, takes 30 minutes to get one dish to go when there was only two tables being waited on
