Always messing up orders. Ordered a 6 piece spicy with mash and instead gave me fries. How hard is it to differentiate the two? Tell me? I live across town and the time that I do go, it’s always something. Correct your employees pls.

My fries were stale and my food was cold. It took around 15 minutes to give me my food. The worker did not say sorry she did not even treat me with respect with her attitude. Tenders were not even seasoned evenly.

Person taking orders has the personality of a fence post. Rude af. Asked how many dipping sauces you get with a six piece tender and she said one. Every othe Golden Chick I have visited it is at least two sometimes three. Consistency would be great.

I went to get a few (4) bottles of Lotta Zing powder and a roll- got up to the window and they said the manager never orders the bottles, therefore I was unable to purchase, which if you can't do your job- QUIT! The rolls are a staple for Golden Chick- tell me why the roll was burnt and hard? If I have to wait 5 minutes, after already waiting in the long long for a fresh roll, you have a lazy staff! Time to rid of the managers and staff and start fresh.
I just left this location. I ordered.a 4 peace chicken dinner. They gave me chicken fingers. I corrected the person.she wanted to charge me more for her mistske. I ask to speak with manage, was told no manager on duty. This is the second time this has happed to me st this location. I need t9 speak with upper management.

don’t come here. I got a 6 piece combo which costs $12.99 and added 3 extra tenders which costs a little over $5 and another small gravy which costs a less than dollar. The girl at the window said it was $31.30 or some exorbitant price like that. I asked her to check that and she insisted it was $31.30 but I did the math and my order should have been roughly $18 with the extra 3 tenders and 1 extra gravy. while at the window I asked her to walk me though how it came to be that much but she didn’t explain. I ended up just getting the 6 piece with no extra tenders and no extra gravy. I even decided to make my exact order online to see if maybe she was right. She was not. And, she forgot to give me my drink.

These guys are always working very hard when I get food here, it's the best catfish, chicken and Rolls and it's the only Golden Chick in Denton..... So I expect it to be busy. It's always worth it and warms up great later if you can't eat all of it.
