Second time I've ordered from this location in the last month and both my orders were so wrong. This last time they tried to replace a $9 meal for a large french fry 🤷🏻♀️ then when I just asked for my money back they said they couldn't do that because online orders are not placed with them?!? Still confused and they were just not friendly or understanding about it. Two ladies in the back were clearly speaking about me in Spanish because one would not take her eyes off me. Rude environment, crappy food and highly do not recommend this location.

Good luck getting a correct order from this place. 3rd time I've gotten the wrong order and didn't notice until I get home. They will screw you on tenders. Ordered a 6 piece and got 4. Gravy is always watered down. I'm done with ordering here and stealing my money.

Love the chicken tenders & okra,but you must add salt to the gravy to give it any taste, the mashed potatoes are instant made with water, no milk, so they're also tasteless. Now to the YEAST ROLLS. I'll bet they're bought as frozen unbaked dough balls, but the cook didn't read directions very well -- they need to be thawed & allowed to rise BEFORE baking. The ones I got were inedible nasty chewy little raw dough balls!!!!

We ate here on June 6th in the evening. We went through the drive thru and they got both of our orders exactly right and carefully packaged, super quick and even let us add a brownie last minute. They loaded us up with lots of fries too. The food was hot and fresh even after our 10+ minute drive home to eat it. Plus, the chicken was HUGE and super juicy! A perfect introduction to Texas fried chicken for my out of town guest!

Its not Chicken Express, but it wasn't too bad. The portions were smaller. Not a big selection of condiments.
I figured with new buildup of everything we would get top notch everything. Same ole same ole tho. Got the family meal deal for $40. Was not impressed bc of the meal deal it offers. Very small mash 2x and one gravy that basically goes away after 4 bites and very poor packaing of it all and no seasoning on my half and half tenders. And.....those tenders were so small they provided a few a very rare few regular size tenders that the rest were halved. The only best part was the box it came in. Wish I could get a refund. But I'll just bite the ticket and not come back. Muchlove and good riddance
