Great American Cookies

I have always loved Great American Cookie, however, the last couple of years the cookie cakes have decreased in value. While I understand inflation, and prices increasing, a 16" cookie is now $40 and the cookie isn't even an inch thick. I've ordered cookie cakes from here many times over the years and they continue to get thinner and thinner while price continues to go up. Super disappointed.

Very awesome place. The cookies are so awesome especially their double dozzie cookie cake and their double dozzies because those are my favorite. I got the double dozzie cake for my birthday and it was so awesome.

It's the same kind of cookies you are used to and I would definitely recommend this place. Most of the poor orders are either mistakes (we are all human and we make them) or they might have been a less than amazing experience. I don't know, but I've never been disappointed at this location.

This location went above and beyond to make sure I received my birthday cookie card! DoorDash had messed up the order date and this lady made it right. She did not have to do that, but she did AND delivered it to me herself!! Y'all, I would definitely take your business here. This store is wonderful with customer service and just being NICE people! How often do find that? Thank you for making my birthday very special!

I greeted worker and said Goodmorning with no response .. She was icing a cookie cake so I figured she would take care of me after even though she didn’t greet me Back . About 10 minutes pass and I notice she’s on another task . She never said anything she just kept working. I didn’t see the hours posted I only know them now because I googled it. Just wish she would have said “ma’am we’re not open until 11am” instead of acting like I wasn’t there. Good customer service takes almost little to no effort. Treat others how you want to be treated.

The 3 teenagers I haven’t seen them for a while now..the service sucks sense they’ve been gone! They were so polite and gave soft fresh cookies I go every other weekend haven’t seen them … it’s about to go back down the hill ?

We love the Denton Mall location. Tonight I ordered an "I love y'all" cookie cake for my God children "just because" and they loved it. I wish I had asked for the young lady's name so I could brag on her in the review. Above and beyond GREAT customer service! Much appreciated.

I purchased a small heart shaped cookie last night for my grandson with his name on it. I ordered, came back in 15 minutes, and it was ready. When checking out she asked if I wanted to tip my decorator, which I think was actually her. REALLY?! So, that wasn't included in the cost already? Tipping is getting ridiculous. I was wondering if this is a corporate policy?
