I’m perplexed by the recent positive reviews for Hannah’s. My husband and I had our wedding reception at the restaurant more than 17 years ago, and it’s been a go-to. Now that we have young kids, we are more frequently take out customers—so I can’t comment on the atmosphere recently. For context, we have ordered Hannah’s take out an average of once a month or every other month since the pandemic.Unfortunately, we have had some errors or omissions in recent takeout orders (including tonight, when we got the wrong salad with our meal) which is why I’m giving one star for service. What really disappoints me is the changes in the menu and in food quality. It was a bummer when several old favorites were removed from the menu, but we heard they had a new chef. It makes sense that he would want to put his own stamp on the cuisine, and we have tried to be open to positive change.Sadly, the new items just aren’t as appealing to us as the old menu. Tonight, turned off by several oddball options, I decided to order the Korean meatballs (an appetizer) and mashed potatoes for dinner. The meatballs had an okay flavor, but the meat was somehow fatty and dry at the same time. (The menu said it was tenderloin but I’m not convinced.) I honestly prefer the Korean meatballs I’ve made with HomeChef. Mashed potatoes were acceptable but bland.Pretzel rolls tasted like they came straight from the frozen food aisle—and what kind of fine dining restaurant charges $2.50 per roll for such mediocre bread?Other disappointing meals recently include the beef tartare (meh), and “revamped” salmon sideboard (featuring slimy lox in place of what used to be a smoky salmon filet). I almost ordered the sesame crusted tuna tonight but alas, no more wasabi mashed potatoes.I’m currently enjoying my last plate of truffle pommel frites for a while (they are as delicious as ever, thankfully) because this will be our last meal from Hannah’s for the foreseeable future.

My wife and I live in Euless. But, reason we came to Hannah's because I deliver wine and always wanted to see what the food and the service atmosphere was like. So we drove from Euless on Saturday 3/16/2024 in the morning around 10.30 and decided to eat off the brunch menu (French toast and Quinoa) and both very delicious and give you a lot for the money, also, had wonderful muffin that Tahila made aka Ms T. The service was awesome (Holly) and awesome atmosphere. Well worth driving from Euless highly highly recommend ?????

Hannah's, Denton, TX has a bistro feel. Having been to Paris a couple of times, i can verify it is carefully chosen produce and meats. I love the OFF THE SQUARE PRIME TENDERLOIN (8OZ) GRASS FED. It is very tender. Get the white truffle frites for the table, they are wonderful.

The food and atmosphere were all amazing! The staff was very professional. I had the lamb and my wife had the Scallops. The salad with the Scallops was a little heavy on earth tones, but otherwise great. We’ll definitely be back again and highly recommend.

We made a 7pm reservation at Hannah's to celebrate a recent event. After arriving, we waited 20 minutes to receive the drink menu because they didn't have any left. It took us over an hour to get our ordered beverages and almost two hours before receiving our food. We sat on the patio during our visit, as it was very busy inside. Our poor server was streched thin due to lack of employees.

A Denton gem! Restaurant and bar are wonderful for brunch and dinner! Food is fresh, prepared like a high end restaurant and so many delicious selections!!!Drinks/wine selection is also very nice! Appreciate the happy hour wines by the glass and craft cocktails! Really nice vibe overall!Have to take a minute to brag about our server, Adam! Top shelf all the way with food recommendations, knowledge of food prep/taste and wine pairing. And, he's just a very poised and polite young man! Really enjoyed our whole dining experience with him!!

I'll start by saying the waitstaff were lovely and the food was great. However, I booked a reservation and when we showed up they still just put in the bar. Then it took a long time to get menus, and then to have someone take our order. We ordered drinks, and they were fantastic, but my boyfriend's came in a broken glass. Food took an extremely long time to come out, so ordering an appetizer saved us. The food was excellent and warm, but the other things took away from the overall experience.

We chose Hannah's to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and it was a great choice. My husband recently passed away so I marked the wedding date with my children. E started with fried green tomatoes. I had the special- tenderloin with scallop soufflé and mushroom risotto. My son had prosciutto wrapped chicken, ands my daughter had the vegetarian special. We loved the meals. The food, service, and ambience were very nice and we were treated to a free dessert. Everything was wonderful.

My husband and I really enjoyed our evening here. Our server, John, was great and gave us an amazing recommendation for a wine pairing with our meal.

Unfortunately, we love the restaurant and have been returning customers for years only to be disappointed with the restaurant's food .Our experience was not a good one last night. The kale Caesar salad was fine the house special soup was delicious the grilled bavette steak was such a disappointment that after two bites it was placed in a to go box for my dogs. The prosciutto wrapped chicken was ok. The prices are over the top for the food they serve. The new chef doesn't compare to the one before. We won't be coming back

Best Migas in town. The Black and Bleu Chicken Sandwich is a home run. If you aren't a big fan of Bleu cheese, substitute it for the dill
