This location strives to just be difficult. Put in an order through uber for pickup, showed up to swing through the drive through. They said they won’t give the food through the drive through window and I would have to go park and go in. Literally NO difference in handing me food over a counter or through a drive through window. Will not return to this location ever again. NEVER had this issue with the Lewisville location. I’ll make the few extra minute drive from now on. This place is ridiculous.

Food was okay, portion size is always disappointing. However the customer service from the employee Alexandria was horrible, I stated my order correctly the first time, yet she heard it wrong which was completely okay I have hearing problems too, I politely corrected her and she made a snarky comment about having to delete the entire thing and redo it. Usually never had a problem.

I recently visited Hawaiian Bros Island Grill and was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the Honolulu chicken.
It was a very savory flavor with a hint of sweetness.
The service was great and the food came out really fast and tasted nice! Would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing time at Hawaiian Bros Island Grill! The menu offers a great variety of options, and everything I tried was top-notch. The service was fast, and the employees were super friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. It's the perfect spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Their food is so awesome I went there 2 days in a row! Served in heaping portions and delicious, I have enjoyed the Honolulu plate with rice and mixed vegetables, so delicious! The next day, I had the mixed chicken plate with Honolulu and Huli Huli chicken, and for sides I had rice/mixed vegetables and a pineapple skewer, again so delicious, and I am a customer for life!
Parking: Very easy parking and drive through and easy to navigate men, fast service!
