We came for an early dinner (5pm). There were about 5 other tables occupied. We ordered an appetizer which was brought out timely. Server had to be asked about refilling our drinks. Salads came out 45 minutes later and at that same time we were told our entrees were ready and under the warmer. What? My salad was brown (forgot to take the pic). Our food was over cooked, steak was full of gristle and over-cooked and the fish was burnt. A sad experience at best.

Our guest service attendant was genuinely present in her service. The food was delicious. The unique location was a bit off the beaten path, but definitely worth the visit.

Sadly, I have to give a low rating and I gave it 2 visits in 1 one week. So, the first visit I ordered the $10 happy hour wings and it came with only 5 wings. I was told that the wings were weighted. After I noticed the serving size, I inquired about the regular menu sized wing order and was told that they come with between 8-10 wings and also weighed. Side note: There is no mention of weight on the menu, just a large calorie range for the serving. I had a kind bartender and a good drink, so I let it go. I returned 2 days later during lunch and ordered the appetizer sized wings priced at $15.99 and a lunch special drink which was listed on the website for $7. My order of wings came out and it was literally only 7 wings on my plate. I declined to eat them in preparation to send the order back and brought this to the attention of the bartender. I opted not to touch the wings because certainly I was not going to pay $16 for 7 wings. Thatās just ludicrous. The bartender stated that sheād add more wings to the order, and she did. 4 more wings came out which totaled 11. I appreciated the fix. I then went to tab out and noticed that Iād been charged $9.50 for the drink Iād ordered. Geez. I again mentioned this and the bartender called manager to come out. He asked that I show him the price listing on the website and I had to show proof that the website indeed advertised $7 drinks before it was credited. I mentioned the happy hour wing order and he stated that the order usually comes with 6 wings. So, I had indeed been shorted on my order on my first visit. Iād like to give grace and the benefit of the doubt, however itās hard to feel as if they werenāt trying to get over. First with the short order of wings both visits, but also not recognizing that Iād come in during lunch time and was charged regular price for a drink. I was literally the only person in the restaurant at the time and this was totally unacceptable. The manager added a 5% discount for the wing mishap, but to think that this was not done intentionally is kinda far fetched. I donāt like feeling cheated and lied to. And even worse, the drink was more of a sour mix than anything else. Letās do better folks. I know itās hard times, but Houlihanās is a corporation that depends on the people. Not to mention, thereās now only 1 in all of Texas. Donāt skimp on your customers. You have a prime location, in a hotel. Thatās more than enough to be grateful for.

We have four adults and three kids for dinner. The food was delicious, from the artichoke dip and pan seared pork dumplings to the pasta, steak, and salads. The server was very attentive to our needs and ensured our drinks were kept filled and the food came quickly. I travel weekly and in 26 years have never eaten at a hotel restaurant without staying at the hotel, this was my first time and I highly recommend this place.

Typically, restaurants attached to a hotel arenāt great. But this place is awesome! The club sandwich is amazing and the atmosphere is terrific. However, the best part about this place is Paige, the bartender. I have two words for you: ROCK STAR. She is THE BEST! Friendly, professional, on top of everything, and makes a fantastic cosmo. She needs a raise for all the great customer service she provides. Canāt wait to go back!

Tucked along the corner of the Embassy Suites hotel. Construction along the access road along I-35 makes finding the restaurant a bit challenging; but worth the effort. Nice American foodie restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Outstanding service. Paige was attentive, professional, friendly and funny. Made the experience super-pleasurable!!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the restaurant. Paige and Cam served us and they were wonderful and helpful as soon as we walked in the door! The food was really great! Cam even went through the menu pointing out all gluten friendly food for our son who has celiac ā¤ļø Definitely recommend!
