Other HTea0 locations do better business. They won't even let you have a cup of water of any size without a charge. They were trying to charge me the same cost of a drink for a cup of water. Does not matter if you are buying other items. That's bad business for a drink place.

This is a greedy giant business acting like a mom N pop. My gallons was incorrect, I called to let them know, went back and spend half and hour to wait while the employee spoke to the managers who couldn’t figure out what to do. I just wanted them to exchange to the correct order , they refused even though they took my name and number when I called (a 15 mins wait) and told me to drive all the way back to fix it.
Also don’t blame your employees or your manager’s new hire training on the fact that you’re to greedy to give away a TEA to a loyal customer.
I spend hundreds of dollars here catering to my staff and friends. This isn’t the first time the owners have been extremely uncooperative. You lost several customers because of a gallon of tea. Very smart business strategy.
It’s not about the $6, it’s how they choose to run their business. And it’s not how we do business in a small town.

I like this place a lot. I get a Texas chai tea with light ice and no fruit or anything in it. It's pretty cheap for a really big drink

I love there tea so much. It's really hard to find something I don't like about this place.
This was my FIRST time trying this place out, even though I’ve been seeing these pop up all over the place. I think I ordered some kind of mango tea and it was extremely satisfying and refreshing! The reason I’m not giving full 5 stars is because no one likes to feel like they got skimped. After finishing my drink I realized it was like 87% filled with ice, and I felt like I didn’t get to drink as much as I would’ve liked for its size.

The tea is great but we have had problems with people working there .we get two gallons every other week not to mention us stop in for cups of tea but yesterday was the last straw . My wife stopped in for two gallons and bring them home . When she got home she gave me a big glass of tea, i took a big gulp . As it went down i could tell right away it had a lot of sugar in it . I told my wife , she said that it said unsweet . I'm a diabetic and can't have sugar . My wife called store it was 7:45 the lady answered the phone , wife told her what happened , the lady said if you can get here by 8 i can help you . Wife told her that we could never make living on the other side of Denton . Lady then i can't help you . We won't be back.
