This is the first time where I've gone to a drink place and been completely disappointed. Ordered 2 different drinks and was just disgusted by the taste. I thought it was just me but I got my girl a completely different drink, and without offering my input, she had the same reaction as mine. Probably the most disgusting cup of an overly priced drink I've ever had in my entire life. The drink I got tasted like a half flat root beer mixed with a generic frappe cold coffee. And my girlfriend got a desert pear refresher. So needless to say, we were completely disgusted and disappointed by everything.

I so love this place but it kind of fell off my radar for a bit. Going back, I was so happy to see they have hot drinks and drinks with Poppi - basically all good things. Personally, I find it hard to step away from a Texas Chai but I can be persuaded. Also, don't forget you can buy mini gallons, half gallons and full gallons of their teas for holiday gatherings...and they are always a hit!

I LOVE HTeaO but out of all the locations in DFW I have visited, this is my least favorite. The parking lot and ease of car navigation is poor. The staff is not overly friendly and the few times we have ordered specialty drinks, like the Poppi Cream Sode mix, it's never made right at this location. We also found out that this location did not accept online orders. If that has changed, then I apologize. Even with all these rants, I still give HTeaO 4 stars due to the amazing tea and range of options.

The tea was great , young man working kept busy but greeted everyone who entered , I notice those things the last hto did not do that and the other got the caramel apple tea looked and tasted watery not so strong,this location was great .

My go-to drink is the Sweet Green Almond mixed with the unsweet regular tea—hands down the best combo they have. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they make every visit quick and easy. Highly recommend to any tea lover!

Seemed to be nice but felt like I was being watched like I was going to steal pork rinds and I asked for two little cups of cherries he said it's only for tea costumers 🤔 well duh that's why I'm here and he still only gave me 1 with only 2 cherries in it ...so what I like about 6 cherries 👀

We get 5 gallon water jugs filled here. Easy compared to delivery and cost when you break it down..got tea, snacks and bagged ice to grab

Really good tea The flavors are awesome. I wish they had one of those little cards with a pencil because I always forget the mix that I make and I have to try them re-create it, but staff is always friendly. It’s just a really good spot for delicious tea
