I so love this place but it kind of fell off my radar for a bit. Going back, I was so happy to see they have hot drinks and drinks with Poppi - basically all good things. Personally, I find it hard to step away from a Texas Chai but I can be persuaded. Also, don't forget you can buy mini gallons, half gallons and full gallons of their teas for holiday gatherings...and they are always a hit!
I LOVE HTeaO but out of all the locations in DFW I have visited, this is my least favorite. The parking lot and ease of car navigation is poor. The staff is not overly friendly and the few times we have ordered specialty drinks, like the Poppi Cream Sode mix, it's never made right at this location. We also found out that this location did not accept online orders. If that has changed, then I apologize. Even with all these rants, I still give HTeaO 4 stars due to the amazing...
The tea was great , young man working kept busy but greeted everyone who entered , I notice those things the last hto did not do that and the other got the caramel apple tea looked and tasted watery not so strong,this location was great .
