Hello, today I had lunch, the food was super good, the place was clean and pleasant, the service is good, I just didn't like that we hadn't finished our food yet and the girl quickly took the bill, it seemed like she wanted us to vacate as much as possible. Before the place, it should be noted that she was never rude but I did not like that action.

Services totally unprofessional attitude from start to finish. Upon entry waiter told manager she had the last dinner so he should assign me to someone else.No big deal. My table # 41was next to the kitchen door- the language coming out of the was unbelievable and would make a sailor blush. My bill arrived and I looked at the total and immediately realized wrong bill. I'm not going into the quality or appearance of the meal. I took it apart and eat the the eggs and left the boiled spinach behind.At the cashier area I discussed the issues with management and was told these were very young college student needed addition training.

I recently visited IHOP and was disappointed with the service. Despite the restaurant not appearing overly busy, I was initially left unattended for 20 minutes before being informed of an additional 20-minute wait. Furthermore, the interaction with one of the staff members, who seemed preoccupied with chatting with colleagues, was not pleasant and came across as unprofessional. This experience did not meet the customer service standards I expected.
My wife and our friends stopped for dinner right away the guy told us to be 7 minutes before we could be seated . Was short and rude . Then we got coffee and water and a soda . We ordered our meal waited over 40 minutes . Then was told that our food was ready, 15 minutes later they delivered the food . It was either overcooked or cold or both . I ordered a shake. At the same time as everybody else ordered . When they delivered the food I asked about the shake and they told me the machine was broke . Add to remind them to take it off the order . By far the worst IHOP I've ever been to .
