Came here for a pickup tonight, once I got to the counter and asked for the order, the guy didn't say one word, wandered off to the back. I figured, no reply probably means it's ready and he's grabbing it. Nope. I was waiting almost 10 minutes for an order they clearly didn't even START on until well after I arrived. 3 other people got their food before the order I had PLACED IN ADVANCE. Doordash literally prompted me to unassign since it was taking too long. Horrible customer service, actually nonexistent customer service, place reeks of do everything as cheaply and unappealingly as possible.

First of all, we stood there 5 minutes and was not greeted. The cashier walked by us several times. When she finally acknowledged us she said you can order on the kiosk. They were out of all diet sodas, the food score was nowhere in site and they had attitudes. After we finally get our food, the order was wrong. The food was old and burned. This is the worst Jack in the box. Do Not Go Here. Make the trip to the loop.

22 OCT 25 Careful what you order. They are tacking on $0.15 for each condiment added: pickles, onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. Since 2021, they have raised the prices over 116%. A Breakfast Jack used to be $1.29 in 2021, they are now $2.79.
1.29 + 1.29x = 2.79 1.29x = 2.79 - 1.29 X = 1.5/1.29 X=1.16~ A 100% increase would have been $2.58.
So yeah, a 116% increase; and still, they are nickle and diming customers for condiments.

Ordered an ultimate cheese burger on Uber eats and they gave me a chicken burger. Receipt said ultimate cheeseburger and the box was sealed. Not the drivers fault.
Worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. Girl on shift was too busy looking at the phone to care about the customer. The guy was very helpful only good part of my experience here was him. Food was extremely soggy and greasy, definitely regret spending my money here.|

I came through the drive-through ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich, meal and some drinks. The girl forgot my drinks forgot my drinks again. The manager finally came to give me my drinks when I left and pulled off. I get halfway down the road almost to my house and noticed that they put a whole head of lettuce on my sandwich and they put two rancid tomatoes on my sandwich. It was disgusting. I couldn’t eat it. I called them back. They hung up on me. I asked for manager’s number or corporate number. The guy left told me it was franchise and he said he couldn’t give me the franchise manager’s number bad business.

3rd time coming here and having either food or drinks wrong. In the app there is no option for regular sweet tea, there’s gold peak tea and peace tea. I’ve gotten both and no matter what I choose I can’t consistently get sweet or unsweet. I just get whatever they feel like giving me. One time I even asked if they filled the cup with sweet or unsweet and they wouldn’t even tell me “it in the app” is all they’d say. Today was the last straw. 2 out of 2 sandwiches wrong. I should just go in and make my own food and drinks at this point.

Was going to eat here that needed to use the restroom. There's a Note on the bathroom that says bathrooms for customers only & was locked. I went to go order & said that I was going to order something but if I could use the restroom first since I drove all the way from McKinney The lady said that it's out of order I told her I'd use the guys 😅🤦🏻♀️ obviously I've really had to go she said she can't let me use the men's either because the water is just too overflowing. Sooo.... I went to McDonald's right next door used their restroom and got something to eat at McDonald's instead. They were also way more kinder at McDonald's as walking in the door and also leaving.
I definitely like Jack in the box but also McDonald's equally as much. Please fix all the bathrooms and let people use them lost a customer. 😬

I bit into my sandwich expecting a cluck sandwich (chicken) and ended up with fish? Hash brown? Or something but it is pretty gross and there's 2 patties of them? Everything else was somehow correct. I got all my sauces and the person working was really nice
