I bit into my sandwich expecting a cluck sandwich (chicken) and ended up with fish? Hash brown? Or something but it is pretty gross and there's 2 patties of them? Everything else was somehow correct. I got all my sauces and the person working was really nice

This is my favorite Jack in the box. The manager in the morning has excellent customer service. And the food is always fresh. I've never had an issue with this place going in the morning or for lunch.

If I could give a zero I would. Lily the lady with short white hair refused to take my $20 bill said the machine won't take it, all lies she had a bad attitude and refused me service. I actually worked at a Jack in the box and know this is all lies. If you can't give service why would you even work there? I addressed her both in English & Spanish & she acted like she didn't hear me. Why do we have incompetent people like her working the window?Why be rude and unprofessional and refuse to give me my food after sitting in line for 30mins, based on the terrible service & horrible attitude I believe this person should be evaluated on their mental health state if they can even legally work at an American location.

I don’t mind getting orders a bit wrong at times and I’m not one to leave a bad review, but this was such a crazy experience. It was fine with me that they forgot the cheese on the chicken sandwich despite it being an up charge, even fine with me that it wasn’t spicy like it should’ve been- but when I lifted the bun to find a freaky little mystery LIVE bug right there on the chicken where the cheese should’ve been, I thought I’d contact them- they did not offer any sort of refund on the meal, but instead a coupon to be used in the future. Which I found to be a bit lame, considering I don’t want to eat at bug burger central again. just sharing my experience 👍

They forgot the Chocolate Syrup for my Banana French Toast Sticks and forgot the Chocolate Syrup in my Mint Mocha Sweet Cream Coffee...so much for trying new things when half of the food isn't made right or there...I paid $14 for this meal and barely enjoyed it due them forgetting everything. Check your food and your bags folks!

Today, I went to pick up a DoorDash order, and the experience was frustrating. The woman at the counter was rude from the start. When I asked for the order by name, she dismissed me, and when I provided the receipt number as prompted by the app, she snapped, “We don’t care about that number.” After waiting a few minutes, I checked again, and she suddenly found my order—without an apology, still just as rude. It was disappointing to be treated that way for simply doing my job.
