It's ok. I had the breakfast Jack and egg roll. Just a little greasy and restaurant could have been cleaner.
I saw a rat
They forgot the Chocolate Syrup for my Banana French Toast Sticks and forgot the Chocolate Syrup in my Mint Mocha Sweet Cream Coffee...so much for trying new things when half of the food isn't made right or there...I paid $14 for this meal and barely enjoyed it due them forgetting everything. Check your food and your bags folks!
Today, I went to pick up a DoorDash order, and the experience was frustrating. The woman at the counter was rude from the start. When I asked for the order by name, she dismissed me, and when I provided the receipt number as prompted by the app, she snapped, “We don’t care about that number.” After waiting a few minutes, I checked again, and she suddenly found my order—without an apology, still just as rude. It was disappointing to be treated that way for simply doing my job.

The lady working today 2nd February 2025 at 1:20 am is so rude. She should learn some manners on how to treat their customers. Even though I was doing door dash, that doesn't give her right to be rude.

Mexican lady at drive thru was very rude. Online orders were down and I had already paid and she just shut window in my face then came back and told me to move. Never even offered for me to reorder. Very rude for no reason

Yesterday I went to this place and I had a consumption of more than 40 dollars and when I paid I gave a single bill that I had for 100 and the woman told me that they didn't have change and if I didn't have change I showed her that it was all that I had in me wallet and he told me I don't have any and I asked to speak to his manager, a young date arrived and said no, we don't have change, go change yourself and come back, how can you believe that in the whole day they haven't sold so as not to have less than 60 exchanging dlls is illogical they should pay more attention to their employees it is a terrible service x don't stop talking say k no change there and not place the order it is very stupid how many sales they will let go for continuing in the conversation and not placing orders

The service is the same except the manager with strange preferences does not miss the opportunity to flirt with women and give despotic treatment to men, they should take her to the psychologist

I generally eat at the one in Gainesville since I work up there during the week, but I've eaten at this Denton location maybe 7-8 times in the last few years. Twice now I've gotten food poisoning, so I won't be going back to this location. Fries were undercooked, so I'm assuming the burger was too and that's why I got sick. Tasted a little off when I was eating but I chalked that up to it being a different location than I usually go to. Won't make that mistake again.
