Had a cheeseburger combo for the first time at the Denton community market, and even as a major carnivore, I must say that this burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. Very nice bun, excellent Maillard on the patty, fresh veggies and awesome grilled onions, plus special sauce. French fries were excellent, and the lemonade is good. Definitely want to eat his more often!Vegetarian options: They claim and all plant-based menu.Dietary restrictions: I do not know about glutens, or allergens, but they claim in all plant-based menu.

Here at the Coppell farmers market and it’s a bit chilly, but their slider warmed me up in the most tasty way. It has good flavor and the cheese was creamy. Thumbs up and a strong recommendation for Jackie Mays plant based burgers!Vegetarian options: All plant based

Jackie Mays Burger is my new go-to burger spot!!I have never been on a vegetarian diet, and have grown up eating meat. Mr. Cochran (CEO & FOunder) came to my class and gave a fantastic presentation on Jackie Mays, showing us how sustainable and healthier these plant-based burgers are, and I couldn't wait to come try it out! I got the double cheeseburger combo meal, and ate every bite!!! It all tasted delicious, even the fries are high quality. To make it even better, this was the first time I ate a double cheeseburger meal and didn't feel bloated/gross afterwards. I ate the entire thing and felt full, but still light! I can't wait to come back.

BEST PLANT-BASED BURGER EEVEER!!! 10/10 recommend to anyone. The service was fresh and fast. The fries were the best, perfectly fried and a large portion. The burger was cooked great and had a perfect fluffy bun. prices are very reasonable as well. Definitely my new favorite spot in denton!

This is more about their food truck that comes to our work place in Denton. I won't say the exact location. This is mainly a 1 star review because of the customer service. Our work allows the food truck to come every other friday. Usually the first and third friday of each month (weather pending). I only get 30 minutes for lunch for my lunch break so when I ordered, I waited in line for about 5 to 7 minutes. I only ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, some fries, and a drink (This is a combo on the food truck, and is about 7 dollars.). Well after ordering I only had about 20 minutes left of my lunch break, thinking that what I ordered wouldn't take long. As my lunch break ended, I went up to the window asking if my order was even ready, but only my sandwich was ready. The fries where still cooking.. Sad to say my lunch break ended and all I received was the sandwich and the coke (which is a can by the way, no preparation needed its handed to you). I asked for some form of compensation for the delay and not able to eat my lunch. Mind you were I work its literally only a 2 minute walk to the food truck. The person running the food truck asked if I ordered online which I didn't. My co-workers who did order online also did not receive their food in a timely manner either. I digress, as I said I didn't order online, he said there was no form of way to receive compensation for the delay of the food. Another co-worker only ordered fries and never received them either. They received a text saying the order was ready 5 minutes after lunch break was over and was unable to go get them. The customer service was extremely poor and dissatisfying.Dietary restrictions: Vegetable burgers. They don't use meat.

My family ate Jackie Mays tonight and damn that was yummy! An impossible burger for less than $5 is unheard of. The fries were fantastic and we left with satisfied bellies.Vegetarian options: Impossible Meat blended with more yummy stuff

I highly recommend this establishment for those who want to occasionally return to a fast-food comfort meal while supporting a group that prides on sustainability. Staff is very friendly, the food does not take long to prepare, and the price is very low when compared to most vegan restaurants/options. The taste is good; other large-standing restaurants have better tasting dishes, but Jackie Mays serves its purpose of being a sustainable & affordable fast-food truck extremely well. I personally plan on coming here often, and suggest others to capitalize on this opportunity! They are typically located off the intersection of Eagle Drive and Avenue C.
