Yes, they messed up, but who doesn’t every now and then? It’s not just about sandwiches, it’s about HOW you offer solutions to clients.

0 STARS if i could terrible service there was a lady with brown hair that rolled her eyes soon as a i came up to order my sandwich very rude and very unprofessional i asked for her name multiple times refused to say then said her name was “SHELBY” very rude very unprofessional i will not be back to this location i felt very uncomfortable she wouldn’t even ring me up and refused to make my sandwich something needs to be done poor management i will be calling corporate to make another complaint im paying my money to an establishment that makes me feel very uncomfortable then continued to be rude and roll her eyes

Terrible service. Was not greeted and mostly ignored. I asked about my online order and they told me they would let me know when it was ready. Instead I had to go asked them about it so that they would grab my drink. A bunch of idiots work here

Came here the other night and grabbed a sub. This was my 2nd stop to this location and both times have been great. Staff was attentive and quick, the sandwich was made perfectly! A tad expensive but well worth it!!! The only negative thing I could say would be that the dining room was a bit messy. You could tell they had just been busy. I’ll let that slide this time lol!
I ordered the number 99 and an Italian on rosemary.. let me tell you those were by far thee best subs that I have had. The flavors were on point EVERY bite! I will be back for more!

Normally I come here to get the #17 Cheesesteak, but after today 2/18/2025. This sandwich was TERRIBLE. The meat was overcooked, and it looks as if they used all the scrapings off the griddle! The vegetables didn't look fresh AT ALL, but instead old & frail! and the Cheese?!? It's an B.O.L. for that as it's NOT ON THIS SANDWICH! I mean did they pinch off a corner Then put it on? It's BARLEY NOTICEABLE 🤬 I must admit I'll definitely will have to rethink coming back here, money is too tight to be blowing on a unsatisfactory food / meal! Do better JM off 288 loop!
