Terrible service. Was not greeted and mostly ignored. I asked about my online order and they told me they would let me know when it was ready. Instead I had to go asked them about it so that they would grab my drink. A bunch of idiots work here

Came here the other night and grabbed a sub. This was my 2nd stop to this location and both times have been great. Staff was attentive and quick, the sandwich was made perfectly! A tad expensive but well worth it!!! The only negative thing I could say would be that the dining room was a bit messy. You could tell they had just been busy. I’ll let that slide this time lol!

I ordered the number 99 and an Italian on rosemary.. let me tell you those were by far thee best subs that I have had. The flavors were on point EVERY bite! I will be back for more!

Normally I come here to get the #17 Cheesesteak, but after today 2/18/2025. This sandwich was TERRIBLE. The meat was overcooked, and it looks as if they used all the scrapings off the griddle! The vegetables didn't look fresh AT ALL, but instead old & frail! and the Cheese?!? It's an B.O.L. for that as it's NOT ON THIS SANDWICH! I mean did they pinch off a corner Then put it on? It's BARLEY NOTICEABLE 🤬 I must admit I'll definitely will have to rethink coming back here, money is too tight to be blowing on a unsatisfactory food / meal! Do better JM off 288 loop!

Ordered online. Showed up 5 min after they said it would be ready. They had not even started it yet. 3 other online orders were sitting around waiting for their late orders too. Overpriced. $30 for 1 giant, 1 reg sandwich & 1 brownie.

Found 3 hairs in one THIRD of my sandwich. Seems intentional to find that many. If not intentional then it’s extreme negligence on the staff’s behalf. Will not be ordering from this location again. It’s not hard to avoid keeping food clean..

Stopped in with my pregnant wife for a bite. It took 25 mins for 2 regular sandwiches. They in that time, lost 2 peoples orders (gave to the wrong people) When we paid we weren't asked about drinks. For here or to go, nothing.
Then when our food finally came. They unwrapped my sandwiches on the counter in front of all the other customers, realized one was missing ingredients, and literally threw a handful of lettuce on it.....literally threw it
Idk who runs this spot, but you'd be better off firing your entire staff from today and starting over.
Ohhhh, and somehow the food was cold, and still missing the jalapeño and ranch requested.
