Jersey Mike's Subs

I really hate leaving a review like this, but I've sent emails and haven't heard anything back. So, I feel like this is the only way to get some sort of accountability.

On 7-31 I ordered a cheesesteak, took it home, got about 3/4ths through it and then found what appears to be sharp wooden shards from a toothpick (?) In the sandwhich. Its really so disappointing. I love Jersey Mike's, but I cant believe how dangerous this experience was. I could've easily cut or splintered my mouth on these shards. Im not sure how a toothpick or whatever this is even ends up on a grill or the ingridents used to make this sandwhich.

Customer service definitely needs improvement! Quality of sandwich is no where near where it should be for it to be $20 dollar sandwich. Both ends of the sandwich no meat just bread and toppings. I asked for extra cheese which means double my cheese. I only got 3 extra pieces LIKE WHAT??? I asked for extra jalapeños I only got ONE straight line of jalapeños. Like you’re kidding me right? WILL NEVER come back again. Sandwich has potential if made properly but I will never play with my money again by coming here. A WASTE! I’ll stick to subway!

Sandwiches. I used Door Dash for my order. I ordered a giant grilled portobello with green peppers and onions on rosemary parm bread. The sandwich came on plain white bread, barely any portabellas, a drizzle

I love Jersey Mike's and I really think they're the closest to most East Coast subs. I've had when I wasn't on the East Coast. This was a little disappointing this trip. The bread was really stale. I don't know whether it was left over from lunch or what, but by-and-large. That's the only complaint and it's not a horrible complaint It's just not. To the excellent level it usually, is,

Love this location. The staff are always so nice and personable. I hope they know that they don't get enough credit for the hard work they do.

I've been a Jersey Mike's consumer for more than 8 years and this visit is definitely in my top 10 for the franchise. From the greeting as soon as we walked in the door, continuous communication, a wrap made exactly the way I asked and just great customer service from start to finish. I will definitely be back to this location.
