Great management and staff. Recently went in to redeem my birthday Sub and although the cashier at first said they did no such thing, the manager quickly stepped in to help and manually redeem my rewards coupon. Delicious sandwiches!

Jersey Mikes had been my safety net when it came to a sandwich shop that I can trust to be sanitary and fresh, but man was I disappointed this time. As someone who had worked in food service for years I know how coolers work, and usually there is a "fill line" on the pans so that the contents stay within the temperature safety zone. I am not exaggerating when I say the tomatoes were stacked half a foot high above the top of the pan, and it was evident that they were in bad condition with how dark and soft they looked. The lettuce was also visibly wilted with pink coloring. It seems like there's at least 5 people on staff and not busy, so such a lazy measure of stacking the tomatoes like this is unnecessary. The staff needs to be retrained on proper glove use and hand washing. Staff were using the register while also texting on their phone with gloves on. Also when they thought they were out of sight they were vaping with gloves on in the back. I hope they've never dropped their vape or phone on the floor or used them in the bathroom because watching them handle these devices with gloved hands is disturbing. Also after doing all of this, they would change gloves without washing hands. Makes me pretty sad it seems you can't trust anywhere these days, hopefully it's just this location that has slacked and not every Jersey Mike's. I will not return to this location in the near future.

Not only do they take extra care when making a gluten free sandwich for my girlfriend who has celiac disease, but I accidentally left my phone there today and the staff was nice enough to keep it safe till I came back for it. Totally awesome employees. 100% will be going back often.

I really like this location. They always seem to have it together and work as a team. The things they can improve on....when you order subs with bacon. They often forget the bacon. Then you get home and realize it's not there. This has happened on 2 occasions. Now I do a check before I leave and yup it wasn't there on the 3rd occasion. Also they need to refresh that lettuce, brownish lettuce is not appetizing. I mentioned it not looking good and they were like it's good. I would of preferred for them to get some fresher lettuce out.

You can’t beat Jersey Mike’s when it comes to subs. I am so tired of Subway, although I do get it once in a while. That being said, I am a JM fan! The bread is always fresh, the meat is plentiful and if you get it Mike’s Way… forget about it!!! It’s amazing. Then I top it off with the cherry relish. I can’t eat their sandwiches without it now. :) They make it exactly the way you want it.I also like being part of the points club with the app. Many times they offer double points too.My go to is the Italian sub, #13.This particular location gets it right every time. This is my number one sandwich place! Keep up the great work!

Fresh sandwich. My favorite had to be the Miss Vicki's spicy dill pickle potato chips. Tuna was a bit dry but good. The servers were great. My husband loved his jersey Mike's famous Philly.

Honestly I don't get the hype about these sandwiches ? I honestly want to drop names that taste a whole lot better than this place but I'm not disrespectful... I don't think I would come back either, the Rosemary bread and the meat was okay but it was lacking sauce. it could have been poppy, zing, or a savory flavors but it was just cold and crispy.. and fell apart very fast but it was fresh.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's, the sub that I like is the #1. But it's not shown on the menu, it's a BLT. I like it just like that with Mayo.

The best grilled steak sandwich I’ve found. The portion size is substantial on the smaller size. The service accepts requested variations from the normal way of prep. I enjoy the Big Kahuna made with cheese that is not melted on the grill but on top of lettuce and tomatoes which I add with salt & pepper. I enjoy all the standard vegetables but generally there are too many jalapeños for my taste. The restroom is clean. The only thing that lessens the experience is Diet Pepsi as the only diet soft drink
