“Freaky fast” must mean they’ll make your sandwich freaky fast only after you confront them for ignoring your order for 15-20 minutes so they can work on online orders and the multiple people who ordered after you in store.

Food is delicious, staff are friendly, and the wait time is small. Even the tomatoes are perfect.

My one concern with this place is due to its forced tips. This is not a fine dining establishment, it’s a fast food sub shop. When the lowest tip option you offer is 10% what that tells your customers is that you’re not paying your employees enough.

I hope I’m wrong. If this changes then I’ll modify the review. Overall a good location though.

Online their hot peppers are apparently listed as jimmy peppers, what i recall to have been sweet peppers, and i got jalapenos put on there instead, here i am 20 minutes later still trying to drown in milk. Update your website.

I placed a delivery catering order over a week in advance for 11:00am. On the phone I was assured that it would be ready by 11:00, even after I asked to be sure because I knew they opened at 10:00. Still I was told again it shouldn’t be a problem. Day of, my order arrived at 11:20 in the wrong location. The people who the meals were for only had a short window of time to eat, which is why it was important the order arrive on time. Further, the delivery driver was not well put together, had a very messy car, and was of little to no help in helping me locate where he was.

I ordered delivery through the app. 32 minutes later I received a text saying that Uber would deliver my order. I called the store and was informed that there has only been one person there since 8: 00pm which is absolutely unacceptable. This reflects poorly on the hiring/general, district manager, and Jimmy John's as a corporation. I am absolutely irate that anyone is in that position and I am extremely disappointed because it took over an hour for my order to arrive. These employees deserve better support from middle and upper management.

As a former delivery cyclist and manager I am extremely disappointed in this location.

Horrible sandwiches. Ordered two sandwiches, both were wrong. One of the sandwiches we received had what looked to be shreds of turkey (Almost looked chewed up)

I walked over to Jimmy John to pick up.

Order was not made yet. Had to wait.

Lunch was late.

ordered delivery through their website as a guest, no available tracking information in the confirmation email or any information about the delivery really at all (including no estimated delivery time). 20ish minutes later was called twice from two different numbers, and texted once, which i texted back about 5minutes later as i was not expecting it. called back the numbers 3m & 10m later but had no response from the number that texted me & that i was directed to call. then got a text that the delivery was going to be through uber, so what was all that about? food ended up getting delivered an hour after i ordered it. i know my late response could've influenced all this, that is my bad, but i received very little information prior to or after being contacted, so i had no idea what to look out for & again, no way to track my order. food was still good thankfully. probably better bc i was so hungry lol. just wasn't the convenient & easy delivery i expected to receive given that the location is like 10 minutes away from me. hopefully if i order again i'll know what to look out for and won't have any issues.

Ordered food pretty late for delivery and had issues with the app charging me, but the store not receiving it. Von and I did have a discussion to where I had to call a few times. I can admit that I was a little annoyed after around the second time calling back and forth through provided numbers, but after Von’s patient service he was able to patiently come to a sound conclusion.

The people are extremely nice and friendly. Service is the best.
I do have one issue of JJ not serving sandwiches with olives though! Otherwise these are the sweetest people in Denton food industry. Sandwiches taste great, always fresh, and it is probs the healthier option around!

this location is alright but don't expect anything to be ready when your order for pickup and show up later to get it. food is usually made right but sometimes notes and customizations are ignored.

So it's been a long time since I've visited Jimmy's johns in denton due to my divorce and drug charges that ended in me moving to Oklahoma. I stopped in today to see my ex wife and kids for the first time in 2 and half years. They never showed up and I waited for about an hour to eat so the sandwich was a little bit soggy but the staff working were so amazingly kind and respectful. The crew that made my lunch turned what was going to be one of the worst days of my life into a decently priced lunch with chips and a drink. Amazing work guys ? pants off to you
