ordered delivery through their website as a guest, no available tracking information in the confirmation email or any information about the delivery really at all (including no estimated delivery time). 20ish minutes later was called twice from two different numbers, and texted once, which i texted back about 5minutes later as i was not expecting it. called back the numbers 3m & 10m later but had no response from the number that texted me & that i was directed to call....

Ordered food pretty late for delivery and had issues with the app charging me, but the store not receiving it. Von and I did have a discussion to where I had to call a few times. I can admit that I was a little annoyed after around the second time calling back and forth through provided numbers, but after Von’s patient service he was able to patiently come to a sound conclusion.

My one concern with this place is due to its forced tips. This is not a fine dining establishment, it’s a fast food sub shop. When the lowest tip option you offer is 10% what that tells your customers is that you’re not paying your employees enough.
I hope I’m wrong. If this changes then I’ll modify the review. Overall a good location...
