Not sure what happened today… Typically JJ is always 4-5 stars.
Didn’t get my extra peps(didn’t get any peps), didn’t get my extra sauce(hardly got any). The worst thing is, I found out that a tom turkey is pretty bland without the extras I typically order.
Additionally, I had to remind the server about the chips I ordered.
Do better JJ on the loop.

My sibe was great, but my girls' subs were rock hard and made them feel unwell. I usually love this place but was very disappointed in my recent experience. Hope you can get your act together.
Kid-friendliness: The bread was so hard that my kid couldn't even bite into it.

"Freaky fast" is no longer a thing here I guess. No one was in front of us when we got there to order and it still took us over 15 minutes to get three sandwiches. One of the sandwiches didn't come out right either. Half of the staff was friendly. The other half seemed like they didn't want the job.
Good sandwiches made consistently well(!!!). Lots of options at great prices. The afternoon guys do a good job, which is a rarity these days, so its extra appreciated. And the place is always clean. While getting excited for a sandwich seems like living under a rock, there's something to be said for consistently getting the job done and being on point every step of the way. Makes for a better meal experience.I hate going to places that make you feel like a burden for showing up and I never feel that here.
