This place has messed up our order EVERY TIME. I keep asking them not to put onions into the sandwich and THEY KEEP DOING IT. My husband has an allergy to onions. I went on 6/19 and told the old guy 5x not to put onions in the Ultimate Italian. He didn't even give me my receipt.

Bread was perfect with just enough pull and fresh. Meat was a cut anove the competition. Friendly and fast service. Only complaint would be music was a little loud and the parking lot was packed. But that's not on them so no real issues.

Not sure what happened today… Typically JJ is always 4-5 stars.
Didn’t get my extra peps(didn’t get any peps), didn’t get my extra sauce(hardly got any). The worst thing is, I found out that a tom turkey is pretty bland without the extras I typically order.
Additionally, I had to remind the server about the chips I ordered.
Do better JJ on the loop.

My sibe was great, but my girls' subs were rock hard and made them feel unwell. I usually love this place but was very disappointed in my recent experience. Hope you can get your act together.

"Freaky fast" is no longer a thing here I guess. No one was in front of us when we got there to order and it still took us over 15 minutes to get three sandwiches. One of the sandwiches didn't come out right either. Half of the staff was friendly. The other half seemed like they didn't want the job.
