Horrible service. I stood there patiently and was ignored by all staff. Called out to them and was ignored. Not a knowledged at all. I would NEVER come back here. Service was terrible and employees were rude. I would NOT recommend this place.

Ever since moving to Denton. I have gone to this KFC twice. Both times the food was cold. They gave potato wedges but I ordered fries both times.

Staff not very politely told me to wait in the parking-lot after ordering drive-though, (40$ for a bucket of chicken) left me there for half an hour, had to go inside and wait, then they got my order wrong and gave me ice cold potatoes and fries. They did Not give me the order of biscuits i took pains to order extra. . The staff doesn't understand that even white dudes can speak spanish. chicken was good though.

It's hard to find a KFC that is Worth going to but I've been to this one three times now and basically on top of it. They did mess up a bowl but were quick to let me know that I could come back the next week and get a replacement.
