Horrible experience here Ordered online and my order it’s said the order is ready for pickup when I went to get my order mu order wasn’t ready for pickup I had to wait for 15 minutes And when I asked the employee no one knows where is my order or have any idea and they were asking me about my order name!! This location they don’t have any experience and their customer service it’s so bad they didn’t even apologize about their mistake, one star it’s too much for this location if there’s zero I would give them
Okay. When they know you come often, they hook it up! And they always have fresh tasting gravy and food. It never tastes like it's the end of the day bottom of the bin. And they are quick!!

Stood there for 10 minutes and couldn't get waited on. I don't want to use a kiosk to order my food. Second time this has happened. He waited on a Hispanic customer and looked at us and walked away.

The KFC by me kept forgetting my sauces so I came over to this one. Paid $12.98 for the Tender combo which is a meal that relies on the sauce being with the order. This is why they state the meal comes with 2 sauces. They forgot my sauce. The incompetence blows my mind. Is it that hard to remember? $12.98 for a knock off canes meal is already expensive. Now your forgetting my sauce?! You have lost my business KFC.

They charge for every little thing .. for just water they charged 1.25.. a bbq sauce that’s use to come with meal is now 50 cents , no condiments with the food .. food is half done.and if they are out of certain chicken they will wait til u pay and then say they only have this or that . negative star..if u have a coupon for anything, don’t go there they WONT HONOR IT, how can a franchise store not have a scanner or bouton for the coupons.. someone need to repot that aswell.. and what good is it to share experiences when the owner won’t do a thing about it… that’s the sad part.. don’t play with peoples money and food .. I wish they’d just close down .. the kfc on university prices are lower and they are better.. I don’t understand but I def won’t be goin bk to that trash.. DO BETTER KFC.. ALL THE MONEY we are paying we may as well goto Apple bees or subway.. both seem to be way better at the moment ..

Ordered a 12 piece bucket, got 6 legs, 4 thighs and 2 wings. No breasts, no asking us if we were OK getting far less chicken then paid for, nothing. Just a half full bucket.

I had a coupon for a 12 piece meal for 21.99. They said they could not honor the coupon because it didn't have a button on their register but they could give me a 5.00 off the meal. That's nice of them to offer something but it's a big difference between 21.99 and the 37.99 I ended up paying. Do better KFC.
