I ordered the bag chicken sandwich meal. I liked the sandwich but the fries didn't have salt. I had to ask for ketchup, but the cashier had a personal conversation going on so it was another wait. Service - absolutely horrible. I ate inside and kept watching this cashier repeatedly be rude to customer after customer. Even 2 separate older gentleman that looked like in their 80s. Like what type of person mistreats old people?!?! She also turned off the TV so 2 other well dressed gentleman that were watching a race, would leave. As if it were even busy.

It looks nice but the service is pretty poor. The order taker kept rushing me so I didn’t even order everything I wanted because I just said forget it. The Apple pie things were good but they were obviously old because they were cold. Won’t be back to this location
Edit: Had to drop it to one Star. The chicken bucket smelled like cigarette smoke and we had to return the meal before eating it

The customer service at this location is extremely unprofessional. I came through the drive through to pick up my online order because I have a broken foot and was told I had to come in to pick up my order. I told them I had a broken foot and they told me to come back and to come in to get it. I followed their instructions and limped in only to drop my drinks as I was walking out. I will never come to this location again when doing business with KFC. Better employees and very poor managers.

Disappointed and my day is ruined. Paid 18 dollars for 2 chicken sandwiches and fries. The chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it. It must have been under that heat lamp all day. Fed it to my dog. Fries were cold. Next time I will just throw 20 dollars in the trash and call it dinner. It’s about the equivalent of going there again.

Imagine this you get off of your eight hour shift where you’re walking around on your feet. And you are starving And you’re really wanting fried chicken after you get off of work. There are lots of chicken places for you to choose from there’s Golden Chick there’s Canes, Heck there’s even Popeyes. But you think to yourself “ I haven’t tried KFC in a while” And you order their three-piece chicken tenders and potato wedges. And your disappointment they don’t have potato wedges anymore, but that’s fine. And your meal comes out to be $13! And do you think yourself “for $13 this better be some damn good chicken“ And then you get home and you finally open the box and the tenders are LITERALLY the size of your finger. KFC, this is why you are everybody’s last choice for chicken or any chicken products. $13 is already so expensive for tenders and then for them to be shitty tenders, you have some nerve. As an avid fried chicken eater I will NEVER Visit another KFC in my life. I promise you that. This is the most pitiful, sad excuse of chicken I’ve ever seen in my life.
