Cute place and great food. We had the sushi and hibachi. The chicken was very juicy and the sushi was the best I’ve had in the area. While I am not a fan of miso soup, the miso soup was also good and flavorful!

I had been following Koji on Instagram and wanted to try them. I finally had a chance and was greeted upon entering. The restaurant was so cute and nicely decorated. I wanted to place an order to go and escorted to a table to sit and look over the menu options. I specifically asked if they had riceless rolls and was pleasantly surprised they had many options.
My order consisted of the following:
Flying Fish Roe (Tobiko) not riceless but love the tobiko! Vegetable Tempura was hot and fresh
Now for the riceless rolls: Chef's Special - 4 kinds of fish, crab, Japanese carrots, asparagus, avocado, wrapped in cucumber and tobigo with pozu sauce.
Butterfly Kiss, spicy - special crab wrapped in salmon with ponzu sauce with avocado.
Spring Roll - tuna, whitefish, crab, asparagus, avocado, mango, lettuce, cilantro, wrapped in rice paper with a sweet chili sauce.
Caribbean Roll - yummy salmon, tuna, crab, avocado, asparagus, mango,and yamagobo in rice paper.
Everything was so good without all of the carbs from the rice. While waiting, I was given the cutie rolls to try. So tasty.
I had enough for 3 meals.
They did a decent amount of to-go orders when I was waiting and started to get busy with dine in patrons.
A great neighborhood find. Will definitely be back.

Wow! I have traveled to Tokyo and Osaka before and the sushi here is some of the best sushi I ever had in Japan. Amazing really. Super fresh and delicious. Clean comfortable environment and great service.

Highly recommend. Everything we ate was great, & the bento box, miso soup, and salmon nigiri (sushi on the menu) were excellent. Enough menu variety to take someone who doesn't want raw fish, too. Service was fast & attentive. Price was very reasonable for amount & quality of food received. All around exceeded expectations.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. The service was very prompt and the quality of the food was excellent! Their sushi bento box comes with some great tempura, and their salmon nigiri is some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely return!

Hate to give this place a 1 star review, because the food tastes good, and the place looks nice.
The problem with their (and all Asian restaurants here in the USA) is that their food is loaded with MSG (monosodium glutamate). Also known as ‘taste enhancer’. This stuff makes me very sick, and after having eaten at KOJI twice I’ve gotten sick both times with all the standard MSG symptoms.
Hope the owners do something with this information, and make their sushi healthier, since MSG is as bad for humans as sugar is.

Large portion sizes and the food is good. The billing is deceptive. They added gratuity for a party of 1. Then have credit card slip with place to add extra tip. Be careful and check your receipts!
I stopped by this restaurant for lunch on my way home, intrigued by its decent reviews on Google Maps. Despite it being my first visit, I was impressed from the start. I chose to sit at the sushi bar, which offered a great view of the sushi chefs at work.
For my meal, I ordered a spicy tuna roll, a specialty tuna and salmon roll, and some toro salmon sashimi. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the portion sizes were generous, especially given the reasonable prices. Each dish met my expectations perfectly and satisfied my sushi cravings.
Overall, this place checked all the boxes for a great sushi experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon!

This place is so delicious! Staff was very kind as well :) My sister and I got the Shrimp Temptation roll and the Bento Bulgogi Box, both were extremely delicious! Great price for the proportions.
